Two picture-perfect homes fit for relaxation or entertaining. This place has it all, including incredible views of Snow Canyon's surrounding red rock, outdoor living spaces, and in-home entertainment with an Xbox 360, ping pong table, and air hockey! The extended back patio features outdoor dining space and a gas BBQ, making it a great space for an evening cooking out. Or you could spend some evenings on the over-sized balcony roasting marshmallows around the fire pit or soaking in the large hot tub. Walk in from the balcony and challenge your buddy to a game of pool, or grab a blanket and find a good movie on the TV. This stunning Southern Utah location is perfect for large families, family reunions, groups and corporate retreats.

Nice condo but disruptive

This was our second stay in PV. When we arrived our condo had been double booked. We were placed in another unit for 4 days but had to be moved to another unit (the original one) on Saturday. I had to go to Vegas airport but my wife was left with no where to go for 6 hours. Fortunately the cleaning crew let her use the restroom in the unit. I made 2 calls to Utah's Best Vacation and was told so.eone would be calling me. I never received a call. Extremely disappointed best sums up my opinion.

Reunion Weekend

I booked 1 year ahead of time. When we got there we couldn’t get in to one of the homes. Evidently it had changed property management groups. Patti was awesome to help us get Wayne out to get us in. Once in getting both homes setup up for the weekend we found that the refrigerator and stove in 85 wasn’t working so we had to unpack everything and put it in the refrigerator in 84. This meant every time those in 85 needed anything they had to go next door to get what was needed and bring it back. There was also no pool paddle for 84 and the internet didn’t work. It was a pretty frustrating check in. Patti took the best care she could have after the fact of us being checked in. She was very responsive however I was pretty frustrated with the fact that several of these items should have been addressed prior to us getting there and not after the fact. I had planned this reunion and needed it to be 5 star as advertised but it was anything but. When I pay full price at the time of booking I expect things to be premium. I must say now that I think about it. I got several emails telling me if I wanted to finish paying my booking off I would get a discounted rate. This really seemed messed up for me as I paid up front and didn’t receive any discount. Not sure of the reasoning behind all that. When I asked about it that didn’t apply to me. I guess it just applies to the guys you have to chase down to get your money. Wayne did get the fridge fixed Sat night.

Amazing family stay!!!

We had a wonderful time The house was plenty big and in great condition. The pools and waterpark were so fun!!! Check in and out was smooth. Communication with the owners was awesome! They were quick to answer questions.
