The bathroom situation is a little tough as master way in back and rooms are up front and the jack and Jill toilet is also hall toilet…cute house, a little cold feeling with concrete floors vs rugs or comfortable chairs. "We had a BEAUTIFUL and relaxing stay at this river rental. Everything was so neat and organized with extras like kayaks, a canoes, games and what not. And it is just 0.5 miles from Royal Springs. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and we even got to meet them while they were another rental. Very nice couple. Would highly recommend it for family vacations or weekend get-away."

"The house was wonderful. Plenty of spots for sleeping. The game table and downstairs space was wonderful for the kids to entertain themselves. Loved the fire pit and there was plenty of wood on site. We brought our own paddle boards and kayaks, but there was plenty there. And lots of tubes/floats if you desired that. House was very clean and smelled nice. We will stay again. "
