"We had a wonderful stay! We’re a family of four with two dogs, and everyone had a great time—the dogs especially loved it!The location was peaceful, private, and secluded, with neighboring homes far enough away that we really felt like we had our own space. The house actually looked even better in person than in the photos and was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The master bed was especially soft and comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The manager was very helpful and made great recommendations on things to do in the area. She offered to take us up to the springs park with the kayaks/tubes so we could float downstream back to our dock—a beautiful 5.5-hour river trip that we will consider for next time! The best part was definitely the river access right in the backyard. The boardwalk leads directly to a dock on the beautiful, clear spring-fed river. The water was shallow during our stay, but we had a lot of fun snorkeling and watching all the fish. The provided kayaks were great too! Paddling upstream was a bit challenging but definitely doable, and then floating/paddling back downstream to the dock was easy, relaxing, and very enjoyable. We also loved the outdoor fire pit, with firewood provided, and the BBQ grill worked great. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working, but we simply bought a bag of ice and it wasn’t a big inconvenience.Overall, this was a relaxing and fun getaway with beautiful river access, will be back!"
