"Mostly a good stay however we found the breakfast a little disappointing and the lack of tea/coffee facilities in our room unusual . "

"If you’re booking a superior double I feel the rooms are overpriced. They’re very basic with a simple shower in the bathtub. Nothing like in the pictures. The only chair is a basic uncomfortable, stiff desk chair. Spa access is not included in the room price. It’s €30 for 55 minutes. It seems all the good reviews were given by people who had booked the more expensive rooms like the junior suites. There are quite a few hotels in town so better options can be found elsewhere"

"Plenty of easy access parking. 25 mins walk to the Aquaduct along good footpaths. Shower cubicles were huge, super hot water."

"Amazing location. It was within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The room was comfortable, and the parking service was great. The staff were overall very warm and helpful, with the exception of the man attending the breakfast service, who could have been more kind."
