Welcome to your new retreat in Itu! Our apartment was designed to offer a "home away from home" experience, combining comfort and functionality in every detail. The space: Guaranteed Rest: The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable Queen bed for restful nights, better than any hotel. The second bedroom has two single beds, one with a D33 mattress and the other with a D45 orthopedic mattress, to meet different preferences. Integrated kitchen: prepare your favourite meals in a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. We have a refrigerator, stove with gas oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and a complete set of pots and pans and utensils. Two bar stools are perfect for a quick breakfast or to keep someone company while cooking. Living room: Relaxing is easy on our sofa bed while watching your favourite series on the Smart TV. The sofa bed can accommodate a 5th guest. Vivo TV subscription available for your complete leisure. Extra amenities: Travel light! We offer bed linen and towels, as well as basic personal hygiene items for your arrival. Guest access: The apartment is entirely private for you and your group. To ensure everyone's safety, the building requires prior registration of visitors at the reception. Therefore, we will request the identification details of all guests immediately after booking confirmation to authorise entry. Access to the building is controlled by the concierge, and once identified, you will receive the key to access the apartment. We will be in constant contact to coordinate the delivery of the keys and ensure your arrival is smooth. Other observations Although we are animal lovers, our unit is not yet logistically prepared to comfortably accommodate you and your furry friends, so we maintain a policy of not accepting pets.
