Merci à Emma notre interlocutrice ,réactive, et à notre écoute répondant à nos demandes dans la minute. Seul bémol, l'entrée et la place de parking difficile d'accès avec un véhicule un peu large. "Great stay at the Balcon De Europa hotel. Location was perfect. Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was a very popular public beach (I thought it was a private beach for hotel guests) and it was impossible to find a spot on the beach. In any case the other beaches close to the hotel were excellent. We had a sea view balcony which was ideal. The Staff were incredibly helpful. Francisco stood out for his hospitality at breakfast and also at dinner in the Náutico restaurant. Great few days in Nerja. Will return to this hotel."
