Spacious 3,273 sq ft 5-bedroom lake-view home ideal for families and group stays. The main level includes 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, large eat-in kitchen, and step-free ramped entry with wide doorways and an accessible open shower.
Upstairs offers 2 additional bedrooms, a family room, and a dedicated office. The finished basement includes the fifth bedroom and a game room.
Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, and a daybed with trundle (2 twins), comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Three full bathrooms.
Enjoy a large deck with beautiful lake views.
Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College, shopping, dining, and the airport.
The property includes a separate 3-bedroom home located on the other side of the garage. It has its own private driveway, entrance, and outdoor space and is completely independent from the main home.
The small home is occupied long-term by a tenant, Josh, who also helps maintain the property as the housekeeper when guests are not present.
The homes do not share driveways, entrances, or living spaces, and guests have full private use of the main house.
