Great building, poor services. No water in room or anywhere that you could find. Bathrooms didn't even had a shower cap. Breakfast was meager, service ..well poor and staff outright hostile.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY
Front desk were nice. Fast. Offered us cookies and hot drinks for the cold Ithaca weather. Room looked clean. Just the room had some scuffs. Breakfast was good. Can’t complain about the hotel.
