- Single-story house with 5 bedrooms, including 2 suites (1 inside and 1 outside near the pool), an internal social bathroom and a bathroom for the pool area. Accommodation for 20 people in beds, plus 2 sofa beds in the living room comfortably accommodating up to 22 people. Dining and TV room with 2 areas, spacious kitchen, pantry. Swimming pool with waterfall and LED lighting, barbecue and cooktop in the barbecue area. Billiard table and foosball table. External laundry room with washing machine. Garage for 3 vehicles.
