Hotel bem antigo, achei legal! O problema e que nao é muito limpo, o cobertor estava com um mal cheiro terrivel, precisamos pedir a troca, cafe da manha cobrado a parte, nao tinha pao mesmo com a reserva no dia anterior, servem em pratos, copos e xicaras de plastico e velhos. A piscina estava com a agua muito branca e o rejunte dos azulejos muito sujo de limo. A localização é muito boa, ao lado da feirinha. Nao recomendo.

Muito bom a localização. E o lugar tem bastante opção de coisas pra fazer. Ar condicionado tava gelando bem . segunda vez que vou pra esse hotel, lado ruim dele é a cama muito baixa e os travesseiro super moles e a tv não estava pegando nada. Seria bom tbm se os recepcionistas usarem uniforme do hotel da um ar mais de profissionalismo Questão de conforto deixa a desejar Por um lado a questão da localização diversão está bom .

Uma certa decepção.
Expectativa não atendida. Instalações ruins, limpeza do box do chuveiro péssima (acúmulo de areia junto ao ralo, certamente do hóspede anterior). Travesseiros de péssima qualidade. Restaurante (que serve de salão do café da manhã) contíguo não funciona nas quintas-feiras à noite, informação que deveria constar na página do hotel.

Fotos do app não condiz com a realidade do local, Quartos com infiltração e mofo no teto condições de limpeza duvidosas,Ar condicionado não tinha controle fui solicitar a recepção o responsável disse que não podia fazer nada, travesseiros com cheiro de mofo, chuveiro não esquentava, enfim um série de problemas, não atendeu a expectativas.

Precisa melhorar !
Hotel Polastrini tradicional na cidade ERA ótimo. Porém a administração mudou e está bem ruim! Minha estadia nesse lugar foi apenas para dormir pois fui para visitar familiares. Fiquei uma noite na suíte "master" e que decepção!!! COLCHÃO DE ESPUMA, TRAVESSEIROS VELHOS BAIXOS E DUROS. (Na manhã seguinte fui comprar um travesseiro). A atual administração nao comprou um enxoval, Nesse quarto forraram com 2 lençóis de solteiro na transversal, ficou péssimo. Funcionaram apenas 3 canais. Nao ha canais a cabo . O controle do ar condicionado nao funcionava, e só ficava em 25 graus. ISSO É SUITE MASTER??? A pior experiência que ja tive!! A atendente da recepção Juliana parece nao gostar do que faz, falta empatia, educação e disposição até para abrir o portão quebrado. Mas há excelentes pessoas na recepção como Pamela que é sorridente gentil educada solícita pro ativa e Marcelo tbm. Nas outras 3 noites fiquei na standard, quarto pequeno com janela de alumínio fugindo à arquitetura original. O banheiro era minúsculo e muuuuuito antigo. A saboneteira do box quebrada e caída na parede, o suporte de shampoo é de acrílico rachado, toalha de banho bem velha faltando até felpa. O café da manhã é pago à parte e terceirizado R$19,00(nao usifrui) E a limpeza é feita a cada 3 dias. Procurei o gerente por dois dias mas ele nao fica quase no hotel. Falta supervisão para reparo e substituição de itens. Precisa melhorar muito!!!
