Achamos tudo muito lindo, organizado e confortável. Apenas nos surpreendeu a manutenção do telhado do restaurante, que possuía várias goteiras, pois no dia estava chovendo, algumas delas caindo por cima de algumas mesas. Tirando isso o atendimento de todos é de excelência, todos muito solícitos e educados. O lugar também é muito bem localizado, com bom café da manhã.

Limpeza boa, atendimento também muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. A falta de um local pra pendurar as toalhas após o uso e as roupas molhadas usadas na piscina incomodam um pouco, assim como a pia no espaço do lavabo. A piscina como as dependências da pousada são excelentes para o que estavamos precisando.

Fiquei no apartamento standard da ala nova, nos acomodou muito bem. Tudo limpo. O atendimento da recepção foi impecável a todo momento. O restaurante para almoço e jantar, muito bom. O que deixa a desejar é a instabilidade da internet e o café da manhã….devido o local ser aberto, muito quente e cheio de abelha.

Quando cheguei, fui muito bem atendida. É pertinho do parque BCW, uns 5 minutos de carro. Não dei 5 estrelas porque demoram muito, muito para responder ao WhatsApp, ai tem q sair do quarto e ir na recepção. O ar estava vazando, não tive retorno da reclamação e elevador no último dia deu defeito também. Tem café da manhã, três piscinas, uma aquecida.

Execelente hotel com uma vista maravilhosa.

Hotel bem localizado, com preço que me surpreendeu devido á localização, tipo de quarto (sacada com vista para o mar), perto do centro e do Beto Carrero. Atendimento de excelente qualidade, todos muito receptivos, atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é perfeito, reposição a todo momento e com uma vista para uma enseada que complementa o charme do local. Recomendo e certamente voltaremos no proximo ano.

Barulho ecessivo

Local bacana, vista muito bonita tudo dentro do esperado, porem piscina em reforma ate entao ok, porem meu quarto de frente com a obra e os pedreiros ligaram as betoneiras as 7 da manha um barulho absurdo, uma falta de respeito fiquei 5 dias e oa 5 foi a mesma coisa impossivel descansar l. Ao relatar na recpcao me disseram que eles nao tinha ciencia disso que iria concersar com os pedreiros, achei uma inverdade pois o barulho da pra escuta no quarteirão inteiro

Razoável funcionário super educado ,mas o quarto que era pra ser de luxo decepção total tudo velho caindo banheiro entupido . Gostamos da estadia, somente a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, colocaram cobertas sujas, trocamos e deixamos a suja no chão para ser retirada e a mesma foi colocada na cama novamente!
