Custo benefício muito aquém do valor cobrado

A localização é ótima, a pousada é linda, mas o custo benefício está muito aquém do valor cobrado. O restaurante não estava funcionando, o café da manhã muito simples para o valor cobrados, quarto muito pequeno e em desacordo com a descrição e fotos do hotels.com. O estacionamento tem um acesso precário e perigoso para carros baixos e sem 4x4, é um risco enorme de acidente e danos ao veículo. Foi cobrado “Taxa da propriedade R$ 115,00” na reserva que não foi justificado no check in o valor e a contraprestação do serviço prestado.

Pode ir sem medo!

Pousada incrivel super pé na areia na praia da Tiririca. Pra quem quer ouvir o som do mar é como se vc dormisse na areia da praia. A Pousada é uma verdadeira casa na arvore, sem TV e sem sinal celular (mas o wifi é bom) .. ótima para relaxar e curtir a natureza. Café da manha fantastico servido pela simpatica Thais. Recomendo!

Exuberância com serviço ruim

A pousada é das coisas mais lindas que ja vi na vida, os detalhes da decoração, materiais utilizados enriquecem a beleza do lugar, que está numa praia central e que portando LOTA aos feriados e festas. Fiquei bsstante decepcionada pois nao sabia. Fora dessas datas, talvez consiga aproveitar a praia local. O pior pra mim foi o serviço, é bem ruim até pra hotel de beira de estrada, nao acompanha um hotel 2 estrelas, a tarifa e nem o perfil dos hóspedes que lá se hospedam, é bastante desorganizado. Fui acordada pelos recepcionistas que moram la e chegaram bebados de madrugada, tive que pagar um caução pra minha pet (essa info nao estava no site), a recepção nao é 24h nao tinha pra quem reclamar, o estacionamento é uma bagunça, nao tem demarcacao no chao, cada um para como quer, travaram a nossa saida 2x, o hospede chega e o quarto nao ta pronto. No nosso caso o chuveiro tava no frio pq haviam feito uma manutenção antes e sem o controle do ar, mas no meu ultimo dia vi 2 familias esperarem o quarto ficar pronto, eram 14h30 e o check in é 14h. Isso é muito grave, o check out é 11h. Sao 16 quartos, nao estamos falando de um lugar gigante. Falta braço, organização. O perfil de hospede aue paga 1k por diária é exigente, nao da pra ter uma pousada LINDA e achar que isso basta.

Pousada maravilhosa, mas descuidada com a Covid

A pousada é maravilhosa em relação a localização na praia ( ótima praia ), visual lindo! O pessoal é muito atencioso, o cafe da manha gostoso. O que não gostei foi da falta de cuidado com a pandemia ( Covid ). Tanto os colaboradores nao estavam usando mascara para servir o buffet do cafe da manha, quanto os clientes nao estavam usando mascara também e nao forneciam luvas para servir no buffet.

Pousada excelente com uma interação natural encantadora, funcionários ótimos e bem comunicativos, café da manhã excelente com diversificações da culinária vegana, quartos com vistas incríveis, somente o estacionamento que pode ser um problema por ter um tamanho pequeno..alguns carros estacionam e impossibilitam a saída de outros carros. Tive uma ótima estadia e voltarei novamente!

Bel endroit qui se fond dans la nature

La Pousada est près de la plage, la propriétaire très gentille est attachante ! Les chambres sont petites mais mignonnes, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 5 étoile mais plutôt une bicoque sur la plage assez locale ! Cela fait du bien pour des vacances à Itacaré Je recommande

a localização excelente porem a pousada deixa muito a desejar pelo preço cobrado ,café da manhã muito fraco ,limpeza tanto dos quartos quanto do local do café da manhã mal feita ,eu esperava bem mais de uma pousada com um valor tão alto ,os quartos se um levanta outro tem que sentar ,resumindo não vale o preço cobrado.

A little piece of Paradise!

Pousada Sage Point is a real gem. It is a beautifully designed small resort. It has quiet seclusion on a small beach with charming bungalows built into the hills of the jungle. It is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi into town for fun in the evening. It is the best of both worlds. Anna, the owner, is a kind and welcoming person who has built a true sanctuary. I will be coming back again and again! It is perfection.

The staff and owner Anna were absolutely lovely and attended to my needs with enthusiasm. The food was down right fab and they offered many delicious vegan and vegetarian options! Request the private dinner on the beach, you won’t be disappointed!

This was, by far, one of the most wonderful places to stay I've ever visited. The owner has managed to imbue her grace throughout the complex, the restaurant and proprietors have created a creative and delicious menu. If you go, and have the time, the private beach dinner is beyond magical. Can't wait to return!

A localização e incrível Porém quarto pequeno, não tem onde colocar as malas, forro muito baixo, café da manhã muito simples, todo dia as mesmas coisas. Embora de frente pro mar, pé na areia, não tem serviço de bar. Apenas meia dúzia de expliguiicadeiras. Quando cheguei, só não fui embora porque o site hotéis.com não aceitou o cancelamento

Beatiful place, mosquitoes, poor cleaning service.

Sage point is a beautiful place, integrated with nature and in a great location. But some things made our stay less than enjoyable. 1) cleanliness: we arrived to find the trash in the bins gad not been removed from prior guests and the bathroom trash bin was really full. On the 2nd day they knocked on our door to come clean the room at 10:30am, we asked them to come back 30 minutes later as we were about to leave for the beach. The housekeeper said “OK” We left and upon returning around 8pm to the hotel saw that no one ever returned and our room was just as we’d left it at 11am. Finally. mosquitoes. Dozens. The rooms have a net but it took us 3 nights to finally get it right and sleep without being bitten a lot. the net has to be fully tucked under the mattress (they fly up from under the bed if not) all mosquitos within the net must be killed... and we also sprayed bug repellent before going to bed. If they get the service right and offer more specific instructions on battling the mosquitoes... the place would get it right as it is a special location and architecture.
