Lugar lindo, porém o atendimento péssimo, homem super mal educado grosso. Alegou que eu não tinha uma reserva, quase me fez voltar para casa, queria me cobrar mais 10% além do valor já combinado, nos recebeu super de mal humor! Não voltarei Obs:Comida e cozinheira maravilhosa

O local é muito bonito. Rústico e charmoso. Restaurante com comida deliciosa, bebidas na temperatura ideal e um ótimo atendimento. Perfeito para descansar. Entretanto, sentimos falta de chuveiro quente, infelizmente o quarto estava lotado de insetos, em grande parte dentro dos lençóis. É preciso adotar outra rotina de limpeza. A prevenção contra o corona vírus foi praticamente nula, infelizmente. Café da manhã s e manteve buffet, sem álcool disponível para higienização, talheres e copos todos expostos e misturados.

Foi uma supreaa agradável. Hotel não difícil de localizar. Piscina Maravilhosa, Estrutura sensacional. O preço das refeições, principalmente da tarde, é bem salgado. Eu irei voltar lá novamente, sem dúvida!

Nunca mais voltarei nesse lugar.
A pior virada de ano que passei. O hotel deixou bem claro desde o início que estava nos fazendo um favor em nos receber. O espaço imenso e muito maau proveitado, a comida caríssima e ruim, tudo tem que ser comprado com eles e tudo com preços superfaturados, o chuveiro ou esquentava demais até arrancar seu couro ou esfriava demais, choveu no dia 31 por volta das 16:00 e logo ficamos sem luz e permanecemos sem luz até às 22:00 porque o estabelecimento não possui um gerador o desespero tomou conta de todos pois pensávamos que iríamos passar a virada no escuro, as crianças desassossegadas no escuro reclamavam e os pais já não sabiam oq fazer para acalma-las, mosquitos e calor insuportável, ninguém nos ofereceu nada e nem sequer um pedido de desculpas ou um apoio qualquer dos funcionários e proprietário. Um rapaz que estava com a família ( duas crianças entre 4 e 7 anos e esposa) resolveu colocar o carro com o farol virado em direção a suíte para acalmar as crianças e clarear um pouco as nossas suítes foi duramente repreendido pelo proprietário ,preocupado com o seu gramado e não trazendo nenhuma solução. Nunca mais voltarei nesse lugar.
