Close to the sea with land train to Umag
We arrived early in the season (mid May) and before all inclusive was available hence it was fairly quiet. Generally the staff were very helpful and I guess some were new for the season and just getting to grips with their roles. Hotel was clean and tidy. Many of the local restaurants, facilities and trips etc were yet to open fully so a hire car was a must at this time of year to see the sights etc. Rovinj, Porec,Novigrad,Limski fjord, Pula Coleseum and Lake Bled (Slovenia) were worth a visit.

Not a great stay
With the exception of Victoria on reception who was excellent the majority of the staff clearly did not want to be there. Particularly a very stroppy blonde curly haired waitress in the dinner hall who went out of her way to be rude. Sunbeds were saved from the early hours of the morning so there was no chance of you getting one in the sun. Most of them were in shade by 12 o 'clock. We had to pay for a bed on the beach instead. There was a marquee put up in the grounds of the hotel that had music blaring until past 3 one night. The music was so loud it was vibrating the glass in the window pane! We did move rooms after the second nights ridiculously loud noise but you could still hear it. If we didn't have war plugs we would not have slept. The food was fine, although slightly repetative but this is what u expect from an all inclusive. The area of Umag is defiantly worth a visit, very few English people there though so if you like a conversation with others don't go. Croatia it's self is beautiful and I would highly recommend it.

Nice vacation
We stayed a few days in a hotel. It is nice and clean, good food and great location,very close to the beach. But if you have a room with sea view it will be very loud at night. Staff are friendly.

Fun place
Beautiful location and friendly staff. Food tasted great but I am an American and was not ready for it. Id recommend not going crazy your first day or two. I took some swim goggles and there is actually a lot of fish around in little reefs that was awesome to see. Great place for kids.

We stayed at Melia Coral ultimately because we needed an extra night. The staff were extremely helpful. We do not speak Italian. We came to Umag to visit relatives who speak very little English. The staff were extremely helpful calling and translating for us over the phone on more than one occasion. The only negative was trying to get hot water to shower. We wasted a lot of water waiting for it to get hot. It only got warm. Other than that, the room was fabulous!

Hotel Sol Aurora- The Worst Service in Croatia
This hotel was terrible. Firstly, there was no "All Inclusive" deal. They told us when we checked in that the deal was for later in the summer and that we were not entitled to dinner, drinks, et cetera. On the whole, the service was the worst I have seen in Europe, let alone in the three times I have visited Croatia. Prices in the city and hotel were hyper-inflated & the owners were shameless in over-charging tourists for mediocre food. The reception desk at the hotel could not assist in the simplest task, we asked three times for extra towels and they failed every time.

Die Umgebung bzw. die Lage des Hotels und das Angebot all inclusuve, ist für den verlangten Preis gerade mal okay. Das Zimmer könnte besser sein. Die großen Balkonschiebetüre ist sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Man benötigt dafür viel Kraft. Die losen Fliesen im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon sind nicht gerade sehr einladend. Ein bißchen freundlicher könnte das Personal auch werden, ganz besonders die Servicekräfte an der Barbereich. Das Reinigungspersonal bekommt von uns das höchste Lob. Sie waren immer freundlich, grüßten mit ein Lächeln, Sauber und sehr hilfsbereit.

We had a great stay for a week. 5 people in 2 rooms. Nice and clean all the time and great location. Really close to the beach and pool. Perfect All inclusive hotel. Food was ok and beer and drinks was good. All though. Water you had to ask for at the bar all the time. Was hard for the kids to keep hydrated. Beer was available all the time, but water you had to ask for. A little noice at the rooms, but nothing major. So a great stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Personal ist super - sehr schnell u. freundlich, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings sind die Wände und Fenster sehr hellhörig, Essen war ok (Preis - Leistung) Ein absolutes No-Go ist das Reservieren der Liegestühle am Strand und Pool, in den Hotelrichtlinien ist zwar das Verbot zum Reservieren niedergeschrieben, allerdings wird es nicht gelebt! Beim Abendbuffet staut sich eine ewig lange Menschenschlange zurück und die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal ist sehr laut und ähnelt einer Massenabfertigung - es gibt leider keinen Außenbereich! Zusatz: Aufgrund der momentanen Hauptsaison, sehr viele Familien mit Kindern, wir glaubten zu wissen worauf wir uns einlassen..

The hotel was ok, but there is a lot small things, not bad service, but never a smiling hotel staff. no bad food, but it was not good, not bad cleaning ,but not super, a old waren down old hotel. I will not go there again. And 4 stars, i think it only should have 3.

Vacanza in Croazia fronte mare
5 giorni di relax. Nel complesso tutto gradevole. Molta scelta anche per il cibo a buffet sia per quanto riguarda colazione pranzo e cena. Con l'opzione all inclusive si continua a mangiare e bere dalle 11:00 alle 18:00. Ideale per chi vuole godersi il mare e l'ombra, grazie alla pineta fronte mare. L' atrio, il bar, la sala ristorante e l'esterno sono curati bene.

Aufenthalt war so weit in Ordnung bis Abendveranstaltung waren sehr wenig Essenauswahlt war begrenzt es könnte mehr vielfalt angebracht werden. Die liegen am Pool waren nicht für alle Gäste vorhanden Sonnenschirme haben komplett gefehlt und musste in der Früh um 9.00 Uhr anstehen um eine Liege überhaupt zu bekommen, eine Sanierung würde diesem Hotel sehr gut tuen.

Super Familienhotel in einer Art Naturschutzgebiet
Einzig und allein ein fehlender hoteleigener Sandstrand war das grosse Manko. Sonst im Großen und Ganzen super Hotel allerdings ein wenig überteuert für diese Leistung was angeboten wird. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren auch knapp. Personal war sehr nett. Anlage hat viel Potenzial, muss aber noch abgerufen werden, Essensauswahl, Spabereich, Restaurant auf der Terrasse, bessere Küche mit mehr Nachtischauswahl etc. Für diesen Preis bekommt man beispielsweise in der Türkei ein Top 5-Sterne Hotel inkl. Flug Transfer.

Kein zweites Mal
Eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden. Der Pool war sehr schön, jedoch war ich vom Personal sehr enttäuscht. Freundlichkeit wird dort wohl nicht groß geschrieben. Essen ist OK, nichts besonderes. Von 19:00 bis 22:00 Uhr gibt es Abendessen. Wenn du um 19:00 hingehst sind noch ein paar hundert andere Menschen dort, somit ist es mega heiß und der Hunger vergeht einem. Wenn du dann später gehst (20:30) kann sein, dass es manches es nicht mehr gibt und wenn du dann nachfragst, ob es möglich wäre, dies noch zu bekommen, bekommst du nur eine blöde antwort. Halb volle Teller werden einfach abgeräumt obwohl man noch am Essen ist. Klima funktionierte sowieso nicht. Vom Badezimmer aus konntest du jedes Wort vom Nachbarzimmer hören, da fehlten irgendwie Platten. Habe in Kroatien schon 3 Stern Hotels gesehen, die weit besser waren.

Semplicemente favoloso, con buona cucina e servuzi
Arrivati alla reception del ci accoglie con un ottimo italiano un receptionist davvero professionale il quale in pochi minuti ci consegna le chiavi della stanza. Nemmeno il tempo di girarci che un "portantino" ha già posato i ns numerosi bagagli su un carrello per portarli in camera. Saliti al terzo piano abbiamo il piacere di constatare che la ns tripla ha vista mare è pulita e con letti comodi. Dalle 19.00 alle 22.00 si può cenare e affamati ci dirigiamo a uno dei due ristoranti, dove un apprezzabilissimo buffet con primi, secondi di carne e pesce e numerosi contorni caldi e freddi ci accoglie. Dopo la cena, soddisfacente, gustiamo un ottimo espresso al bar principale (ce ne sono altri due) e più tardi un tè, mentre i numerosi ospiti tedeschi, polacchi e russi continuavano a svuotare bicchieri di birra, coca cola, cappuccino e amari vari, tutto gratuitamente. La mattina colazione abbondante e internazionale sempre a buffet dalle 7.00 alle 10.00. Dalle ore 12.00 alle 14.00 si può pranzare sempre buffet e continuare a mangiare anche dopo al ristorante bordo piscina Ho apprezzato la possibilità di prenotare delle rose grazie al receptionist e soprattutto la bottiglia di prosecco recapitatain camera x il compleanno di mia moglie, ancora grazie. Cio detto noi ci torneremo con immenso piacere

Ganz tolles Hotel, super Personal mit super Deutsch Kenntnissen, richtig gutes Essen ds ist für jeden etwas dabei, schönes saubers Zimmer! Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sie auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen und wieder kommen!😊

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Essenvielfalt könnte verbessert werden abwechslung die lange Anstehtzeit an der Ausgabe. Was verbessert werden könnte wäre dass nicht anstehen in der Früh am Pool bis er geöffnet wird man kommt sich vor wie z.B bei Aldi wenn es Angebote in beschränkten Stückzahl gibt und jeder Stürtz sich auf dies. Die Fenstersanierung dürfte auch fällig seiin,
