Excellent stay. All the staff super kind, the hotel is totally renovated, the breakfast is ok to last until lunch, even for kids. The terrace view and room view to the blue mosque A+. The location perfect. The tram is infront and all the main attractions walking distance. Great hotel!

This hotel is perfect for tourists who want to be near the major attractions. It was 5 min walk to all the famous mosques and only 10min walk to Grand Bazaar. Transportation from/to airport can easily be set up with hotel. This service was really good and im glad i booked it. Vehicles cannot drop you off at front of hotel so there is a 3min walk from shuttle drop off to hotel door but hotel sends staff to greet you and get your luggage from shuttle. The room was basic but clean, although i am happy they had big rooms that fit 4 adult guests. Breakfast was included and the food selection was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk person, Moises, went above and beyond explaining all the places around the hotel where we can go after he checked us in. He took his time in guiding us and provided us with map. Again, BEST location!! And don’t forget to check the rooftop— amazing view!!

We only stayed 1 night, but the room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the hotel is right in the heart of the old city. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

I really Recommend this property, is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and famous sites. And best of all right front of blue mosque. The management and all the staff made us feel like our home , excellent service. The breakfast selection was awesome and room service was A . The hotel manager, Younus, very nice guy and helpful. This hotel stay was the best and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent. Walkable to many must see attractions in Istanbul. Tram station is next to the hotel which makes it very convenient. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. Good value for money. I will recommend this hotel.

Its a good location ,just the tram passes every minute or two. Staff is great and helpful. Rooms are very small but thats how it is in Istanbul. Breakfast was good, everything was tasty.

Great Location and Hospitality — We’ll Definitely Be Back! We stayed at the World Heritage Center Hotel in May and were very satisfied! First of all, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent — right next to a tram stop, which makes it super convenient to explore the city. Yes, you can hear the tram from the room, but since we were out all day enjoying Istanbul, it didn’t bother us much. We also really appreciated the free coffee, tea, lemonade, water, and pastries available in the lobby at all times — such a nice touch. The terrace offers a stunning view of Istanbul and the Blue Mosque — truly unforgettable! Breakfast was a traditional Turkish spread — fresh and tasty — though we felt it could use a few more European-style options. We were three people staying in one room, and it was comfortable and spacious enough. Overall, a great experience — and we’ll definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Istanbul!

Well I would like to find some fault, as I am sure that some days things are far from perfect. But from my experience the hotel and in particular the staff are fantastic adverts for why everyone should visit Istanbul. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, they are all polite, the meals are varied and will cater for most tastes, the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, the hotel is situated centrally with a tram stop outside the hotel, where you can head off and explore the city. But most of all the staff will help you make the most of your time.

The property was in a perfect location to be central to Istanbul. Buffet breakfast was great and we had access to free drinks and snacks. Our room had a view of the Blue Mosque which was unexpected. On our floor we were next to the terrace, which had some skyline views of Istanbul. The room was spotless. Everyone was atentive and made sure we were looked after. We would definitely come back here again and recommend coming.

A great location in the heart of Sultanahmet. The tram is outside the hotel itself, cheap to use and great for travel. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia a 2 minute walk with beautiful views from the hotel terrace! The only downside to the hotel was, the rooms are very small and the bathrooms even smaller - unfortunately to the point you struggle to move around in the bathroom. There was no wifi in the room and upon asking, the team were unable to do anything about it. The staff however were very helpful and nice.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace and very good staff. My room was horrible it had an overpowering smell of sewerage and was so small. The breakfast was good but the plates didnt smell clean. I am bot a picky peraon but that smell is still in my system and i cannot get it out of my nose

We stayed as a family for 2 nights in a room on the 5th floor of the hotel in front of the Blue Mosque. I saw a very beautiful view here. I was able to stay in one of the most memorable rooms of my life. Also, the hospitality of the staff was top class. Specifically, the staff went to buy the Istanbul Card with me, which was very helpful. In addition, I was deeply moved by the consideration of all the staff. I wanted to stay all 4 nights in Istanbul, but 2 nights were not available. It was a really great trip. I would like to stay again next time if I have the opportunity. thank you very much.

Hotel in the centre of everything

The room was tiny, even though staff upgraded us to the deluxe room. We had a love and hate emotions from this hotel :) it was comfortable and wifi worked. We enjoyed breakfast. However, our sea view top floor room was right above the tram station which is extremely loud, not to mention the extra loud call for prayer early in the morning from all the major mosques that are so beautiful to look at from the window. Unfortunately, during the night and morning we woke up multiple times from the sewer smells. We were not sure whether they came from the hotel pipes or from outside. The patio was beautiful and we walked nearby around the old centre. Hotel helped with parking our car and covering the cost.

It can't be any more convenient! The tram stop is literally three steps away. Great restaurants and shopping all along the street. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern 5 minues walk away. We felt like we were at the center of all the historical places. Breakfast was amazing - delicious and so much variety. Highly recommended if you want the ease of getting to all the sightseeing places. Cons: 1. In the middle of lots of happening. So if you want a place where things are slower-paced and away from the action, this may not be the place for you. 2. The street the hotel is on, is for trams only. So the taxi/shuttle will drop/pick up maybe 200 meters away. So be prepared to walk and drag the luggage if you have any. The hotel staff will help with the luggage if you ask them though.
