The hotel was clean and located on a shopping street with lots of different dine in options from Turkish kabab places to American food chains. Hotel service was good except the laundry was rip-off we end up paying $70 for dry cleaning whereas we just wanted regular laundry. Prices of the stuff on shops on street were better than Grand Bazar and shops were modern.

I arrived at the wrong time because there was issues with internet which means I had to wait to be checked in. This was not the fault of the staff. After that all went smooth. The facility was very clean. I would stay there again in the future.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, just 10 steps of the main street Istiklal with a lot of shopping stores, restaurants and bars. The breakfast option is nice but if you want to save more money, there are many restaurants around.

Great location just steps from the heart of Istanbul, and the staff truly go above and beyond – incredibly warm, helpful, and service-minded. While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s still comfortable and offers good value. I wouldn’t recommend the jacuzzi rooms, as they have no windows and an unpleasant smell. However, thanks to the fantastic team, especially the person managing breakfast, our stay was still a very positive experience.

Well, I requested a room with four people. They give me a small apartment with one full bed and an open sofa bed who was broken on the second night. They never fix it. It was not covered properly. It was kind of disgusting. The sofa was dirty to shower fill up with water every time we shower water will come out outside the door. The entrance of the building construction was being done outside and it looks more like a construction site inside on the first floor all the equipment was being safe. It was dirty with paper all over dirt so they didn’t care about the cap of the property.

We stayed at Triada Hotel as a couple with our baby and had a very comfortable and smooth experience. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which was exactly as expected and a nice way to relax after a long day in the city. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi both worked perfectly. Despite being located right next to the busy Istiklal Street, we didn’t hear any street noise at all from our room – it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was basic but varied, with small changes every day. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. In fact, every member of the hotel staff was kind and accommodating – they were always available when we had questions or needed help. We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul due to its central location.

Great experience with Triada hotel

We spent one night at Triada hotel, where we arrived in the evening and we were welcomed in the reception with an easy check in and easy payment. There was a guy that helped us with our luggage too. One weird thing was that the hotel was separated in 3 buildings so we were escorted over to another building closer to the walking street and guided up to the 6th floor in the building with elevator. The room was cute and had an antique aesthetic. The view was beautiful of a church just next door. We could not hear any noise from the streets. I was especially surprised over how big the bathroom was and how clean it was too. Breakfast in the morning was also in another building on the top floor. Great breakfast - no complaints. It does not present a luxurious breakfast but it is a good breakfast for sure. I would definitely not mind staying at Triada hotel again.

First of all the heat wasn’t working I had to change my room even the second room the heat wasn't working good enough.. Second thing..the check in was in one building the rooms in the second building and the breakfast in the third building..clean room ..good location..

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Not clean at all and smells in the bathroom and lobby everyday. other guest have complained about this too. If your looking for a good location, the area is excellent. The staff were okay

Excellent location, customer service and breakfast

I have been in Istanbul many times and this is by far one of the best experiences ever. Great location. Very easy to get there. Super friendly stuff and the best breakfast ever. I want to be honest i expected that much from this hotel since it didn’t look too nice on the pictures but I was surprised by the excellent service. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Istanbul. Super easy to get around all Istanbul using metro and buses. Plus 5 minutes walk to the drop off and pick up location to Istanbul and sabiha gokcen airport buses. 5 stars ✨ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

When arrived i noticed that my friend that also booked for the same room, was considerably smaller than mine. We didnt get a room with a balcony at first. Also the wifi was not a good connection and our room phones did not work. My room was nicely decorated and was a good size. However the details of the rooms with the balcony was not clear at all.

They consistently failed to clean the bedroom and neglected to restock basic essentials like toilet paper and towels, and we had to remind them about it repeatedly. Additionally, the receptionist spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to communicate with him. Every interaction felt like a frustrating struggle, making the entire stay stressful and unpleasant. It was the worst experience ever – I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was the worst experience of hotel reservation in my life. After reservation I have received an email from the hotel that I a was not guaranteed that I would get room atbthe address provided on your platform, that they have differen buildings and I would be directed to abother building, and when I asked my money back I received refusal. If they have different buildings then they must note it and provide different addresses and pictures, otherwise it is frauding and unfortunately your platform just help them to foolish people

The hotel location is very good. But you don’t get what you see in the picture . The rooms are not that nice as in the picture. I suffered with air conditioning, It doesn’t cool very well especially in the first couple hours. The staff are not really good in communication. I almost left my clothes behind me, because of miscommunication. I called front desk, was asking for a laundry service. They said we have it, I gave them my clothes, (just 4 pieces). I told them I need urgent service, because I have a flight leaves by noon the following day. In the morning I had to make several calls to get my clothes back, they said the laundry doesn’t open until 10 am. Anyway it was a disaster. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Could have given them a good rating. If they were honest and more supportive from the beginning. When you are booking a room in executive building or different building then their main building. Please ask them how far it is, specially if you are carrying luggage. Upon arrival from international trip they asked as to walk ten minutes on street dragging our large luggage bags to our building which had multiple locks to enter. Only to find out that our room is on 4th floor and the elevator is not working. It won’t work until Monday as it is the weekend. Cherry on top spiral stairway. A family of 4 had to lift 6 large suitcases up to 4th floor. When complaint about it the way they have handled this and hadn’t informed us before we walked over there and dragged our luggage. I had to make them understand had they informed me earlier I would change hotel or the room since on vacation we would be going up and down multiple times with elevators not working how hard would it be for my parents. They moved us back to the main building. Had to bring some of suitcases back again. First day was tiring and wasted few hours in this process. Main hotel was very convenient, staff was polite and cooperative later. Main building is old but very convenient location, breakfast on rooftop was perfect.

Located centrally right next to Taksim square, hotel staff was amazing, very helpful on getting directions, transportation to the airport, the room was very large, clean, I had a direct view to the main avenue. It will be a bit noisy since you are right off the hustle and bustle but totally worth it since you can walk to most destinations in modern Istanbul.
