Excellence small hotel will definitely stay again

Excellent hotel not five star but very comfortable has a lift which is not to be taken a granted in Istanbul in small hotels. Staff were actually very helpful. Had a great time price was reasonable

Very helpful personnel and I guess they did their best, but the quality of breakfast and the rooms were very low. But as I said, the personnel got 10/10. Location is also nice

Very Disappointing Experience – Terrible Service and Misleading Description I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful I have never seen customer service handled so poorly. The room facilities were equally disappointing. The bathroom shower did not function properly, and the air conditioning units in the rooms were completely out of order. To make matters worse, we paid for a "city view," but the view consisted only of an ugly building right in front of us, leaving us with zero privacy as neighbors could look straight into our room. And also, breakfast is very bad. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I would stay here again. It was clean and there's a great kebob place next door. Metro is close. Downside is air conditioning was weak and the room was pretty hot.
