The area, staff and comfort of the hotel was great. We booked an executive suite it was beyond our expectations. I must say though that although we had VIP benefits we weren’t informed about them and didn’t receive them. Apart from that we had a great time.

The property is nice, albeit the room being a bit dusty (which triggered my allergies). The breakfast was varied but not outstanding. The pool was not tempered (which was surprising to me as the stay was in late November) and you must use a hair cap (if you don't have one, they would sell one for about €2). The spa facilities (sauna and steam room) are gender separated. There is a massage menu on the hotel website, but due to time I could not try any. They have a private parking garage, with not many spaces but enough, including even an EV charger (big plus for me). The hotel proactively reached out to me before the stay in case I had any questions, and afterwards asking about the stay, which was appreciated. On the negative side, there was an exposed wire in the shower (in the toiletries space, most likely as a local light) which I noticed on my last day, so no accidents, but was an unpleasent surprise. Also, the personnel did not talked directly with me in English, but to a colleague in Turkish, despite the reservation was under my name (this happened every time I went to the reception, with different people) or even if I started the conversation in English (they would start in English, and then switch to Turkish to address my colleague), which I felt quite rude, as I could not follow the conversation (even when I started it).

Although the hotel seems like a luxury hotel, there exists huge issues that you feel uncomfortable the minute you enter the hotel. In summary: Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and good coffee, gym, really spacious and secure indoor parking. Cons: Non-smoking room and sheets smell cigarettes, dirty room (stained carpets, dirty and stained sofa pillows), technical problems in room amenities (our TV had a broadcast issue, so we had no TV first night, hot water was not coming from the bathroom sink), the room's latch lock was broken, serious management issues (although they are helpful and kind once you have them, you need to try hard to find staff if you have a problem)

Odadan çıkmadan önce de nevresimin değişmesini istemiştik fakat geldiğimizde değişmemişti. Otel konum olarak da kötü bir yerde. Ön tarafındaki odalarda gecenin 12 sine kadar bangır bangır DJ çalıyor, arka tarafındaki odalarda ise Feriköy pazarı var, pazarcılar gece gündüz demeden bas bas bağırıyor. Onlar olmasa her gece halı saha maçı yapılıyor. Onların gürültüsünden uyunmuyor. Yokuşta bir otel. Allahtan otopark var. Erkek çalışanlar çok suratsızdı. Bir tek kadın çalışan halimizi hatrımızı sordu. Kısacası çok tavsiye etmeyeceğim bir otel

Hotel mäßig super. Einrichtung auch gut. Frühstück war net so. Aber diese lautstärke ab 23 uhr hat uns in den wahnsinn getrieben. Genau unter dem hotel ist eine bar die bis 2-3 uhr nachts richtig richtig laute musik spielt. Es wurde schon so oft eine beschwerde eingereicht leider ohne erfolg. Deswegen würde ich es NIEMANDEN empfehlen die ein kind haben und die frühschläfer sind

Gerçekten adına yakışan bir oteldi . Çalışanlar özellikle resepsiyon, mutfak bölümü çalışanları çok iyiydi . Evlilik yıldönümümüzde resepsiyon çalışanı odaya meyve ve içecek göndererek jest yaptılar.
