I had an excellent stay at the Galata Glory Hotel. My room was very clean and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure my luggage arrived promptly and even brought it up to my room while I was out. The only minor suggestion is that the morning breakfast staff could smile more as they can seem a bit intimidating in the early hours. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good, not noisy, great location and breakfast. But, if you stay in winter, they don't let you stay in control of the thermlstat in your room. So even if it's 60 degrees, they blast heat and don't have a way to have air flow without your room being completely opento outside air

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was professional and respectful. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negtive thing is that hotel is on a narrow street surrounded in electric supply shops and no good resturant or eatry is closeby. Still is a good choice and I highly recommend it.

A god send after a being scammed elsewhere

After having been scammed by Butterfly suites, this hotel was a godsend. Location is perfect, it is clean, staff are friendly and the hotel is new.

The cleaning personal was not nice at all, after i complained about the cleaning they started to talk behind my back. When i walked in the corridores, as i understand turkish as well i turned around and said that they should be ashamed of their behaviour. After that every morning, they asked if i wanted cleaning. After they changed the green light to red, (green means i wanted cleaning) but they changed it so they didnt have to clean i stopped ask for cleaning the last 3 days. The manager yusuf was very friendly, same eith the young biy working at night. Great service

It’s a nice hotel and well run. The staff was very friendly. Any of my concerns were addressed and questions answered in a very polite manner. Pretty good breakfast and plenty of sitting inside and outside. The area around is very nice and it is centrally located with major attractions in walking distance or subway. The hotel has 5-6 floors with about 7-8 rooms on each floor. My room was on the 5th floor - it had a metal safe for valuables, a round window with blackout curtain. It was very quiet which I really appreciated as I don’t like to be bothered when asleep. Btw they also checked me in early at no extra cost. The only two minor issues I had were 1) water appearing on the bathroom floor out of nowhere (it didn’t bother me much), and 2) the fact that I had to pay extra to bring in a guest into my room and my guest had to go through a registration process for that. But it’s probably some kind of local custom - to charge extra for a guest (although extra charge of €30 included breakfast for the guest as well). May be they do it for security reason too , or may be they are just curious who goes into my room. Other than these two things I give it five stars for customer service and room quality and location. It’s not a Hilton, but it was very decent and I would stay there again . The room felt quite cozy too, it had laminate floor, I would prefer carpet , but I understand that it may be too expensive to care for . Anyways , thank you and keep it up.

Amazing value for the area, perfect spot near the galata tower but not on the busy street itself so the sweet spot. Hotel is upto date and seems recently renovated. Staff amazing, Alp and Abdullah especially, helped me with many queries across my stay.

The breakfast options were good. The cleanliness is where it lacked. The room was not in the best condition and the cleaning was not thoroughly done daily to where we were wiping things down with disinfectant wipes. The shelf in the shower was broken and so was the toilet seat. The AC worked occasionally and the vinyl floors were chipped and separating in some areas.

Ich habe drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die TOP Lage bietet in fußläufiger Entfernung alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind trotz sehr hoher Auslastung am letzten Tag, sehr ruhig - bitte ein Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof wählen. Insgesamt modern ausgestattet und ein bequemes Bett. Shampoo und Duschgel sowie Kaffee, Tee und Wasser sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist schlicht, bietet aber alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt. Das Personal ist immer höflich und freundlich. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!
