Great stay, very clean with a beautiful view and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff made it feel like home. Batuhan was very helpful at the entrance and with arranging taxis, and Ali Koşka at the front desk was kind and professional. Would definitely come back.

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The staff was amazing. They were polite and patient. Turkey has different electric sockets, and hotel had thought of keeping plugs for different people traveling from different parts of world. Little things show that they care about the customer. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing too bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very pricey and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice.

The hotel was too hot without a way to control the temperature. I checked in in October and the room temperature must have been 30C with only heating available not AC. When I called the front desk they told me they don’t operate the AC. I couldn’t sleep for nights because it was too hot.
