Wonderful hotel

Lovely hotel in quiet residential area, although good, value for money restaurants and markets are close by. Staff throughout are great, very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff do an excellent job. Excellent room and facilities for the price. Although away from most tourist sites (dolmabache about 40 min walk) getting around is easy. Don't bother with taxis, metro is about 20 walk away and easy connections to all tourist sites. Also a lot quicker and cheaper than a taxi, especially in rush hours.

Zimmer mit Bad (jakkuzi) - Alle Zimmer stinken nach Rauch - Toiletten gibt es keine Privatsphäre (Tür wand aus Glas Fenster man kann durchsehen, mussten Zimmer Wechseln - Jakkuzi funktioniert nicht - Hotel Inhaber unfreundlich - keine Parkplätze - es gibt nichts in der Nähe wo man einkaufen gehen kann, man muss Taxi benutzten ! - für Familien mit Kinder ungeeignet( es gibt nichts für Kinder, kein Spiel Ecke, kein Spielplatz) - allgemein Bewertung einfach schrecklich und empfehle es überhaupt nicht!! In dringend für das alles ist es auch zu teuer!!!

An der Unterkunft hat mir nichts gefallen. Es hat nichts mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung zu tuen. Wir waren mit der Familie für 3 Tage in Istanbul. Schon bei deiner Ankunft im Hotel fing es an. Es gab keinen Hôtel eigenen Parkplatz, wir sollten einfach auf der Straße parken. Auch wurde uns beim abladen der Koffer nicht geholfen. Als wir die Zimmer betraten ging es weiter. Das Zimmer hatte nichts mit dem Zimmer auf der Beschreibung und den Bilder zu tuen, aber auch garnicht. Ich dachte erst, ich bin im falschen Hotel. Die Möbel alt und alle beschädigt aber wirklich alle. Es stank nach Rauch, wir hatten 2 Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht. Nach der ersten Beschwerde bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer weil das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war:) Jetzt ging es weiter, wir hatten kein warmes Wasser auf dem Zimmer und wir konnten die Dusche nicht benutzen und sollten für den ersten Tag das andere Zimmer zum duschen nutzen. Das warm Wasser Problem sollte dann morgen behoben sein. Na ja, das war die erste Nacht. Am Morgen der zweite Schock beim Frühstück. Wir hatten 4 mal Frühstücksbüffet gebucht statt dessen bekamen wir 4 Frühstücksteller mit Käse Wurst Tomaten eine Scheibe Gurke und verpackte Marmelade. Als ich das Thema ansprach sagte man uns das es im Hotel kein Frühstückbuffet gibt. Entweder das oder nichts. Auch roch der Speiseraum nach Rauch und war Eiskalt. Die Lage war das letzte ohne Auto wären wir verloren, mitten in einem Wohngebiet auf einem Berg gelegen:)

Nul ridicule suite jacuzzi avec un jacuzzi HS

J’ai été arnaqué !!! J’ai payé 75 e une chambre pour un jacuzzi qui non seulement il marché pas mais en plus avec uniquement de l’eau froide dans ma chambre. Je n’aurais jamais dormi ici sans le jacuzzi. J’ai été trompé et arnaque payé une suite jacuzzi sens au chaude ni jacuzzi quek honte on m’a gâché mais 5 ans de mariage j’arrive même pas a trouvé le sommeil et j’avais publié impossible d’aller dans la terrasse la porte et briser et cassé

Service was below average Condition of the room is terrible Walls and ceiling full of cracks Room is too hot and can’t be adjusted due to broken radiator Advertising full SPA service but fact is no service at all apart from swimming pool and sauna by yourself Most important, the hotel is situated in a downhill and impossible to walk, need to climb, must use transportation. Kitchen but no cutlery at all, no spoons, knives, forks, plates or any thing to cook in. Only positive remark is rooms are spacious

I cannot believe the bad reviews this hotel has. The staff and the service they provided could not be faulted. It was far superior to a lot of the larger establishments we have stayed in. The breakfast was a typical Turkish one with plenty of choice and as much tea as you wanted. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout. There was lots of very interesting artwork both in the bedroom and in the public areas. It is not in the centre which makes it very quiet but it only cost approx 20tl into centre. It is exceptionally hilly so not sure how easy it would be to walk but you'd have to be fit to make it. At the moment this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties as there are fairly steep steps into reception area. This could change in the future so check before booking. Once inside its disabled friendly.

Worst hotel in Istanbul

The worst hotel I have ever went to for the price. First of all the location is so bad (a bit far from supermarkets and very far from downtown) and you can get way better hotel with better location than this one for the price. The entrance is with stairs so if you have a wheelchair it's a nightmare. I asked for a non smoking room but when I arrived it smelled so bad and they gave me the worst room possible and when I asked to change the room they just sent a women to clean. The breakfast is honestly unbelievably small and limited, even hostels and motels could provide better breakfast than this hotel. They don't even have a coffee machine or fruits. Also the people working here will try to scam you and take every single dollar from you. The customer service here is absolute trash especially the boss. The prices match other hotels that have way better service and location so I highly recommend looking for another hotel near the bosphorus.

Some great bits and some bad worth a read tho

We come to turkey for IVF and got to the hotel late went to the room and was hoping for a nice deluxe room was ok but mould in shower had terrace out side not table and chairs to sit and paint coming of the ceiling and the door to the terrace did not lock worse bit was next day wanted to go swimming and the pool was stone cold and the jacuzzi was broken and the spa treatments they said they did don’t they don’t have any one to do it for you there we spoke with hotels.com and said our problems and wanted to be moved as paid extra to stay this hotel because wanted spa treatments but the hotel would not budge so got moved rooms to another one a lot better tho but was up set about the pool they said they would heat it up but never did but I still used it as was way to hot any ways they keep turning the air con off tho and had to ask to put on and there bar not great a couple of beers and that’s it wine they can order in and other drinks but high prices. Breakfast was more Turkish style so meats cheese bread no fruit tho so did not eat there at all worth getting the local apps for taxi and food delivery as get food ordered in and taxis get the blue color if can drivers better and taxis better yellow ok but some are so rude and half broken but the manager at the hotel so lovely and the beds omg let me take home even know I said this I would stay again as not that bad when look over a couple of bits and there are a lot worse hotels one we went to next never again thank you Lee
