The staff was really good, kind, and as helped us in everything. The reception was great all the guys that work there, especially Murat, that have all our respect, Abiiiiii. The room was clean every day, and the hotel was near to visit the city.

Its perfect honestly cute little snug rooms and very clean! Great and helpful staff. Honestly beat my expectation! Its better than most over priced hotels and does the job, I stayed for a week, and enjoyed my stay.

Perfect Stay. Reasonable Breakfast.

Very nice place for the price. People are very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was OK, but might need more items and more frequent filling of items that run out. The street is so steep, so walking for elder people can be a bit challenging. The location is superb, close to the shopping area of Nisantasi. Rooms are nice and clean, but a bit small. Overall experience is so nice, considering that price is perfect.

Front desk is friendly and the room is clean. However, as a Gold member on hotels com and at the time of the booking, it showed that I would have VIP access and a few advantages, these were not available and the front desk had no idea about them. He did offer us a welcome drink instead but the perks listed on the website here are not available.

Everything with the room was okay, however there was one particular staff that was extremely rude towards us. His name is Erdal, and he was the worker that checked us in. He had a terrible attitude towards us, and his customer service was terrible. He was not cooperative and was really entitled towards us, I do not recommend speaking to him while he is there, because he will act entitled towards you and say he is always right without hearing you out. He also lies when you attempt to bring up the situation to him to make it seem like he was in the right. I don’t know how he still has his job, as there are other similar reviews, he should be fired.
