Host is ripoff artist

Was unable to establish communication with the host on the day of check-in, kept trying the next day, the host ghosted me for 8 hours while I waited. Ignore dozens of phone calls from me as well. Finally got connected thanks to VRBO support and host informed me that since I wasn't able to get into the property on the first day that they can just keep my money and rent it out to someone else if they want.
