If you are in Istanbul for visiting the tourist hotspots in the inner city this is not the best choice of hotels (too far from the old town), but if you need to be in this area (Tekstilkent or Bayrampasa) we have not found a better hotel than this one. Very helpfull staff, very friendly. The breakfast has everything you could want or need, dinner restaurant is very good, but a little too expensive, but if you do not want to go out and look for a restaurant it is a very good alternative, I LOVED their pastas!

İlk tercihte yaşanan olumsuzlukların,tarafımıza geri dönüşte özür dilenmesine karşı tekrar yaşanmayacağı söylenip,otel ismine ve gücüne güvenip tekrar tercih ettik ve daha kötüsü ile karşılaşınca,(lodide mini bar kontrol için ilkinde 25 dakika ikincisinde 40 dakika gibi ve kahvaltı fiyat tarifelerinin standart olmaması yani marka ismine uyumsuz olarak standartlarının olmaması vb.) Kendilerine tşklerimi iletiyor ve liyakatsizliğin ramada by whyndam markasında da görünce... ve daha yazadığım 2 hafta sonu ve 2 defa yaşanılan olumsuzluklar.

First of all, Mr. Burak at the reception completed my check-in process very quickly and politely. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are very good and quiet. I had my breakfast at the open buffet, which was very delicious and had a lot of food options. I definitely recommend it.

Odamızı ve hizmetleri beğendim fakat klimaları çalıştırdığımızda gelen sinmiş sigara koku Su bizi rahatsız etti. Sigara içilebilir oda olmasına rağmen klima filtrelerinin düzenli olarak temizlenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Onun dışında spa hizmeti karma olmadığı için faydalanamadık.

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was.

Rezervasyon esnasında kahvaltı seçeneğini bulamadım. Otelde hallederim diye düşündüm. Fakat kahvaltıya indiğimde çok kaba bir şekilde hemen ödeme yapmam gerektiğini, kesinlikle oda hesabına yazamayacaklarını ifade etti. İlk defa bir otelde böyle bir olayla karşılaştım. Ayrıca verilen kahvaltı aşırı pahalı, bu sınıf otel misafirlerine nasıl instant kahve sunabilir? Çok yazık. Fakat giriş yaptığım esnada hizmet veren resepsiyon personeline ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederim.
