Location, service, and food was great!
Front desk were helpful and kind as they helped me with my airline ticket issues which was a great help. Good food at breakfast, but they would highly more rated if they have egg cooked fresh per order. Tea pot chipped that need replacement. But over all a good place , great location, great service by the staff.

We have stayed here twice now. Excellent location . A few minutes walk to Taxsim. The staff are so helpful, friendly, cannot do enough for you.

Very close to shopping,dining and the subway. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was great with many options and we didn't have to pay. Staff courteous but sometimes too too long to carry out requests. Overall, my friends and i enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

It was the 3th time for me staying at the Ramada in Taksim. This time they didn't cleaned my room not even once (3night sta). And I got my Covid-test done in my room, all organized by the hotel and the person who did my test stole from me. He stole my earrings and the hotel just said that such an experience never happened to them.

Excellent location for accessibility
This hotel is conveniently located to the airport shuttle service (Havaist) and within walking distance of Taksim Square. I regularly stay here when I'm in Istanbul for business, as its location is excellent.

I booked a suite for 2 nights but was checked into a basic room instead coz suite was not available without informing. When asked they promised to give me the biggest room the next day and again no one contacted me for the same. Paid for a suite for 2 nights and spent the nights in a basic room instead. Although they are refunding the fare difference but my entire experience was very disappointing.

Good stay overall
The staff was very helpful and friendly as well the location was excellent with many activities and attractions around it. Cleaning needs much focus and improvements in general, mainly inside the rooms and restaurants as well. My expectations of such a reputed chain of hotels were shaken as I was expecting to see a lot more than that, especially when comparing it to other hotels of the same level and reputation.

Ok stay
Stay was good, breakfast was ok, needs to be westernised a little, and need better coffee and juice. Had good concierge service. Only really disappointment was at check out was promised breakfast, got a sandwich, and concierge tried recharging half the cost, was only until i bought it up on my hotels app that he backed off, im not quiet sure of i was being scammed.

Great position
This hotel is perfectly situated near to the Havaist airport buses. It's friendly, clean, comfy, has a cute little spa, and a good breakfast. Just great. We had 24 hours between flights and airports. Plenty to do in the area and easy to get to. Not cheap but extremely convenient.

Giriş saatinden 4 saat sonra girmemize rağmen oda hazır değildi. İki kişilik odaya tek şampuan ve tek vucut jeli konulmuştu. Sabun yoktu. Yatak örtüleri son derece eski. Ve kokuyordu. Oda iki kişik olmasına rağmen çok küçüktü. Odada su bile yoktu. Her seferinde tek tek tüm malzemeleri istedik. Konforsuz bir konaklama oldu. Ramada yakışmayan bir durum.

The location of the hotel is good. It is a little bit loud, from the bedroom you can hear other guests. Breakfast is ok. The key of the room was deactivated every time we went out. One day they didn’t clean our room even though we put the “please make my room” sign on the door. Its ok, a 6 out of 10.

Die Lage ist top! Man ist direkt in Taksim drinne und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Hotel ist ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung nur das Hotel ist ein wenig älter aber alles in einem wirklich toll! Für einige Tage ist es von der Lage her einfach nur perfekt!
