Very clean hotel, and it is in the perfect location for Istanbul!! The train is right across from it and it was very easy to move around the location. Customer service was really good and the breakfast was amazing!!! So happy I found this hotel.

It really is in the heart of everything, very accessible to many of the main attractions, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque etc. You couldn't ask for a better, more convenient location.

Central and convenient

We particularly enjoyed our stay here as it was central. The grand bazar was a minute away and blue mosque & Hagia Sophia were a 10 minute walk, cheap metro tram ran to most places so convenient. Great food places near by too. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you! :)

The location was great, the pool was good, however, bring a bathing cap ir you will need to buy a cloth cap at 100TL. The breakfast was brilliant, meze, turkish food, lots of hot and cold choice. Good room size, although its hot in the rooms, windows only partially open and the room temp is controlled. You cant alter the setting.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Rooftoppool öffnet leider erst ab Juni, am letzten Tag des Urlaubs im Mai wurde er mit Wasser gefüllt. Badekappenpflicht im Indoorpool (Kappe vor Ort erhältlich für 5€). Kleine Ecke mit Fitnessgeräten. Das türkische Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Tolle Aussicht auf den Bosporus vom Restaurant aus. Zentral gelegen: wir sind zu Fuß zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen. ÖPNV eine Straße entfernt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Godt ophold

Flot hotel med gode senge. Fint poolområde ( husk badehætter til indendørs pool) Rigtig god beliggenhed med gå afstand til den store basar, den blå moské og andre dele af byen. Masser af restauranter og butikker rundt om hotellet.

Fantastisk placering i forhold til attraktioner og shopping. Fantastisk service hele vejen igennem. Jeg boede deluxe standard. Super værelse. Kan anbefale massage i spa. Undgå at bruge penge på mad og drikke på hotellet. Det er hundedyrt.

Ich übernachtete 4 Nächte dort. Die Umgebung ist sehr touristsich, aber zentral. Das Personal war nett und die Zimmer sauber. Es gibt jedoch einige punkte, weshalb ich dort nicht nochmal einchecken würde. Zunächst war das Frühstück sehr mediterran gehalten und wenig "europäisch". Wenn es mal rührei oder pancakes gab, waren diese sehr nichtsschmeckend. Zweiter punkt, der mich sehr verärgert hat waren die Öffnungszeiten des Spabereichs. Uns wurde zunächst gesagt, dieser habe bis 23.00 uhr auf. Dies bestätigte auch nochmal ein fleyer im fahrstuhl. Als wir den letzten abend gegen 22 uhr im spabereich ausklingen lassen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass dieser regulär bis 19 uhr auf hat. Danach nur gegen eine Gebühr. Wirklich unverständlich. Noch ein kleiner Punkt, es gibt neben dem bett diverse lichtschalter fürs zimmer und das bad. Wir konnten also nachts oder morgens kaum aufstehen, ohne die andere person zu wecken. Im dunkeln weiß man nicht, welcher der vielen Lichtschalter für was ist.

Hôtel très propre et bien rangé, personnel serviable, très sympa, toujours à l'écoute, un grand merci. En particulier à Madame Sara de la réception. l'emplacement et parfait, le petit-déjeuner varie et correcte, le seul point négatif, c'est le SPA. Personnels est arrogant, pas professionnel, tout simplement, c'est de l'arnaque, ce n'est pas à l'image de l'hôtel
