The Architecture & Climate (Our Eco-Philosophy)
Following the traditional building techniques of early 20th-century Pera, the apartment is constructed with historic firebricks. This thick, organic structure allows the building to breathe naturally, keeping the rooms beautifully cool in the summer and deeply cozy in the winter. In alignment with the building’s historic preservation and our commitment to environmental sustainability, we choose not to use artificial air conditioning. Instead, the airy, high-ceilinged spaces are naturally ventilated, supplemented by modern, quiet Xiaomi fans for the peak of summer. It is a mindful, authentic way to experience Istanbul's climate.

Room 1: A serene, minimalist space featuring a convertible double bed (pulls out from single to double) with two comfortable mattresses and a spacious wardrobe.
Room 2: A compact and cozy space featuring a double bed, a stylish and practical open wooden wardrobe, and a quiet Xiaomi tower fan—perfect for deep rest.
Living Room: A fluid, high-ceilinged space featuring a dedicated dining/working table, a vintage armchair, a Smart TV, a quiet Xiaomi fan, and a single divan that easily converts into an extra bed, turning the space into an additional bedroom area if needed.

The ground-floor apartment, offering easy, stair-free access apartment sits in an unbeatable spot, just a 5-minute walk to Istiklal Avenue and immediate local transit (buses and the historic Tünel funicular). You are steps away from Pera's art scenes, local bars, and restaurants, yet inside a genuine, old-world neighborhood.
