Keyif alcağınız, mutlu ayrılacağınız bir otel

Her şey çok güzeldi. Lokasyonu mükemmel. Her yere kısa yürüyüşlerle ulaşmak mümkün. İskeleye 3 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Deniz kulübü plajına 10 dk . Tertemiz odalar, deniz gören çatı katı odası, güleryüzlü ve misafirperver personel ile keyifli bir tatil deneyimiydi. Özellikle Fatoş hanım, müşteri memnuniyetini önemseyen, çözüm odaklı ve çok cici bir yönetici. Azra hanım, Muhammet bey ve diğer tüm personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bütün çalışanlara ve özellikler Fatoş hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı ve atıştırmalıklar oldukça lezzetliydi. Şahane çaylarını da unutmamak gerek. Herkese tavsiye edeceğimiz ve tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

Adada bir gece konaklamak için oteli tercih ettik, otel girişi tatlıydı, çalışanlar sıcak karşıladılar. Oda temizdi ancak duş sonrası tüm banyo zemini su içinde kaldı, klozetten alta şu akıyordu.Banyo haricinde butik sevimli bir yer.

Kötü hizmet kötü hijyen kokulu oda,puana kanmayın

Otelin puanının yüksek olmasına ve hotels kalitesine inandık. ancak otel çok kötü bir seçenek idi. otele giriş saatinde gittik kimse yoktu. numara bırakmış aradık telefon bahçede idi işletmeci yoktu. 20 dakika sona geldi, aslında gelmedi telefona yanıt vermedi dışarda bir usta var sandık işletmeci çıktı, lütfedip geldi rezervasyonda 3 oda olmasına rağmen haberim yok dedi 1. katta berbat odaları verdi. her şeye rağmen işletmeci sempatik neşeli biriydi. gece boyu klozet sesi vardı, otel girişinde eski pis iki yatak vardı, otelde midemiz bulandığından pis olmasından dolayı kahvaltı yapamadıki ekstra ücret verip adada yaptık. en kötü otel tecürbelerimden biriydi. Eğer sadece yatak ise ihtiyaç tamam ama hijyen, hizmeti kahve, bahçe, gusto, tarz yok. üzgünüm ama lütfen puanına alddanmayın kaçın. biz klozet seslerini dinleyerek bir gece geçirip kahvaltı bile etmeden kaçtık. sabah duş alma cesareti gösteremedik 3 kişi 3 oda 3 farklı kişi olmamıza rağmen. her şey sıfır.

Temizlik iyiydi. Ekonomik odada kaldık. Klima kalorifer vs gayet iyi çalışıyordu. Sıkıntılı gördüklerim: duşakabin yok doğal olarak banyoda duş alırken heryer ıslanıyor tuvalet kağıdına kadar aksi imkansız çünkü banyo küçük, banyoda havalandırma çok yetersiz bir fan takılsa sorun çözülür, saç kurutma makinasının fanı bozulmuş makina ısınıyor fakat hava üflemiyor yangın bile çıkartabilir
