This was a very nice hotel in a great location, just down a short side street from the busy Istiklal and across from the fabled Pera Palace. We booked a corner suite which was beautiful, roomy and comfortable and far, far nicer than what we could have had at the Pera Palace for considerably more money (though in retrospect I would have asked for one on a higher floor). The location was quiet but with very quick and easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Galata Tower, the Tunel, and the Sishane Metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommended!

Hotel is conveniently located near Istiklal Caddesi, Taksim Square & Galata Tower. Very nice & polite staffs. Thank you Murat, for being very helpful. He carried my luggage in & out all the time, with a Smile. I would recommend my friends & family to stay here. For the price, very good deal in that area.

We were amazed by the splendor, the architecture and the design of the hotel, but most of all we were touched by the impecable service of every member of the staff. That can't be seen everywhere recently. People at the reception, bellboys, housekeeping and restaurant were so kind and attentive to any of our needs. The rooms were amazing, comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness is immaculate. The only minus is that the windows cannot be opened at all which leaves you with no fresh air during your whole stay. And if you arrive by car - stopping and getting off close to the hotel is so stressful and almost impossible. Only thanks to the /paid/ valley services by the porter we managed to get some space for our car. But I guess that is the price to stay at the best place in central Istanbul, where everything exciting happens - unlimitted sightseeing options, shopping, dining and party. Hope to get back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Donizetti Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also have to shout out the breakfast; the fresh fruits, bread and pastry selection was fantastic. Highly recommended!
