Safe place in hectic city

Lovely place to stay. Hospitable, clean and brilliant location. Istanbul can be very hectic but this was tucked away in a lovely neighbourhood with many delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff.

Brilliant Stay at the Ottoman's Pearl Hotel

Was very happy with my stay. Hotel was clean, bedsheets, towels room etc was cleaned\changed every 2 days. All the staff were brilliant and was always willing to help, made you feel like you are part of their family. Would go the extra mile to help your needs. Location was ideal, it was close to a nice park, the sea and main attractions.

Excellent choice just downtown Istanbul

Excellent room, bed, location and bath. The only issue that may not be just this hotel is the smell to sewage in the bathroom.

Erfüllt nicht die 4 Sterne Ich habe keine große Erwartung gehabt aber mit dem was ich bekommen habe bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Auf trivago wird das hotel als 4 Sterne bezeichnet dabei ist es aber weit davon entfernt. Auf dem Kissen waren Fremde haare Bad verschimmelt Handtücher mit Flecken und beim frühstücken ist das Brot ausgegangen so das wir erst warten müssten bis die angestellten welche kauften.

Отель хороший, если вас туда захотят поселить!

В этот отель нас так и не поселили несмотря на нашу подтвержденные бронь с оплатой, мол проблемы у отеля с электричеством, хотя как оказалось, нам врали, туда должна была заехать группа, но почему отель все равно выставлен на бронирование, не понятно. За эту же цену нас поселили в аппартаментах( по словам хороших), а на деле с плесневым запахом, грязным бельем и жуткой душевой!

Unglaublich - finger weg von diesem Hotel

als wir am ersten Tag ankamen beim Hotel, wurden wir an einem anderen Hotel verwiesen (Serife Sirin Hanim Konagi) - uns wurde gesagt dort seien unsere Zimmer reserviert! Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, das heißt 2+1 da wir ein kleines Baby haben Uns wurde gesagt sie haben dieses Zimmer erst in 2 Tagen frei, bis dahin würden sie uns 2 Zimmer geben , mit jeweils einem Doppelbett! Eins war im EG und das andere im 1. Stock! Im ernst wer würde so einen Vorschlag akzeptieren, soll dann meine Frau in einem anderem Zimmer schlafen mit dem Baby und ich woanders, das ist absurd Als ich fragte ob sie die Differenz zurückzahlen konnen, denn ich jabe ein mehr Geld bezahlt extra für ein Dreibettzimmer, sagten sie sie können nichts zurückzahlen Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und das Waschbecken war so klein, dass wir nichtmal unsere Gesichter waschen konnten Es gab keinerlei Zimmerreinigung, erst nach drei Tagen wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, aber auch nach mehmaligem Nachfragen Zur Frühstück gab es nur Beuteltee, Brot von gestern und ein Fertigteller, was auch nicht Frisch zubereitet war Insgesamt war alles ein disaster!

BERBAT !!!

Daha önce de burada konakladım ve gerçekten çok memnun kalmıştım ve çok güzel yorumlarda bulunmuştum. Aynı düşünce ile gittim Berbat , şiddetle söylüyorum rezillik. Sanırım işletmeyi Yen'i Kişiler almış!! Kısa özetlersem Kahvaltı Yok denecek kadar az, gürültüden uyanabilirsiniz gece gündüz fark etmiyor. Çalışanların tavırları kaba daha saymak istemiyorum özetle GİTMEYİN.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel jedoch meines Erachtens 0

Das einzige positive am Hotel ist die zentrale Lage und die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit WLAN. In puncto Sauberkeit und Komfort kann man leider nichts positives sagen. Die Bewertung mit 4, 6/5 ist überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar. Von mir 0 Punkte.

Mon séjour à Istanbul

j'ai passé une semaine dans cet hôtel du 10/05/2016 au 17/05/2016 et je n'ai pas regretté mon choix, vu que le rapport qualité-prix est indiscutable mais aussi son emplacement est idéal pour les gens qui préfèrent le calme. Je tiens à remercier hassane qui était très gentil et n'a pas manqué à répondre à toutes mes questions.

호텔이용의 장점

일하는 분들이 영어로 의사소통이 능숙해 호텔이용에 불편이 적었습니다. 적극적으로 서비스를 제공하는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 숙소 근처 20m이내에 작은 마트가 있어 터키의 맛있는 주스와 아이란을 손쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 술탄아흐맷 트램역까지 오르막길이 많은점 참고바랍니다.
