The space
Purposefully placed in the popular Umraniye District of Istanbul, this beautiful apartment will surely be the perfect spot for your stay. The highlights of this apartment are a fully stocked kitchen with silverware, dishes, microwave, a spacious living room with an L-shaped Sofa bed, a dining table for dining and work-from-home guests, high-speed fibre-optic WiFi connection, a smart TV with Turkish cable channels, Netflix & youtube apps, etc, the bed quality and comfortable nights of sleep.

The home boasts 2 bedrooms with AC, 1 Living room with AC, 1 Fully stocked Kitchen, and bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a comfortable full large-sized bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe for clothes, an AC, 2 nightstands, and large windows.

Bedroom 2 - The bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe for clothes, a nightstand, and large windows.

Living room - The living room has a Large smart TV with Netflix, Turkish Cable TV, YouTube, etc. It has a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed that fits 4 people. A dining table for 4 persons to dine.

Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with electric kettle, dishwasher, hot plate, large fridge and freezer, and kitchen Utensils.

Bathroom - This modern bathroom has a beautiful-looking mirror, shower, and sink. Constant hot water and high water pressure are available. The toilet seat has a bidet.

A washing machine is also placed in the flat and can be used with just a touch of a button.

The swimming pool can be used during the stay but only summer season.

All Turkish premium linens and towels are provided and each bed has extra pillows ranging from soft to firm.

NOTE: Please note that we have more than 40 flats in Roya Nova Residence, they come in various categories - 1 bedroom flat, , 2 Bedroom flat. This is a 2 bedrooms flat. The listing photos depict the general category; however, interior designs, sofa colours, and wall shades may differ. Rest assured, specifications remain consistent within each category. No refund requests will be entertained on this matter.
Guest access
At New Inn, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy! You’ll be given check-in instructions after you have completed the reservation. Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to our guest experience team through the chat & phone. You can schedule additional cleanings for a cost, submit maintenance requests, and view our neighbourhood recommendations via chat. We’ll share all details upon confirmation of your stay.
Other things to note
Let’s have open communication about your arrival and check-out times, We will do our best to accommodate you and make your stay memorable and easygoing. We are available on chat 24/7 and our helpline and are highly responsive.

During your stay, if you require extra cleaning or new clean beddings/towels:

- Extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay for 45 euros depending upon the availability of cleaners.
- Clean bedding set and towels can be arranged during your stay for 10 euros.

NOTE: Baby chair and Baby crib need to be requested before arrival for it to be provided.

NOTE: Host cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioners will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

NOTE: At New Inn properties in Turkey, we have to be provided with our guests’ valid passport IDs to welcome our guests into our apartments which is a compulsory requirement to conform to the Turkish Legislation Regulations and Rules which are authorized and reported by Turkish legislation dated 26/06/1973.
