I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean. There is a sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, gym. The hotel is with the walking distance to the great mall with great shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it if you want to stay a few days for business, shopping and layover!

I traveled more than 40 countries and stayed hundreds of hotels. This is one of best designed hotel I have stayed. The tech used for allocation for housekeeping, the device used for refreshment smell for corridors, etc. it was exceptional. Also, a small desert plate for welcoming was a amazing gesture. No smile, no professional attitude, people work against their will and you feel this. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected better service. If you pay for a room with heating then you should get this too, not a extra blanket..

Hreat place, wonderful staff.

We had a family crisis and needed to stay at a hotel. We were so glad we choae this one. It was an amazing palce to saty, grwat location and @mustafa on reception and @tatyana showed the family everything and @cen were all incredible. Highly recommend staying here.
