best location, best price

best location, close to isiklal and taksim but also 15 min walk to the bougie shopping area on the other side. plenty of food spots nearby, the staff is very kind and the rooms were very clean. 100% recommend.

We stayed for 1 night and it was quite enough. I can suggest the hotel for a short stay, but I am not sure about the long run. The location of the hotel was almost perfect. 10 mins you walk, you are at the Taksim square.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I also had an incident where I forgot my phone in the car, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting me to get it back. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Great service and pleasant experience!

Boendet i helhet är okej inte 4* men ok. Mycket lyhörd. Frukosten var sådär, vissa kunde beställa omelett och andra varmrätter men det är viss skillnad mellan folk och folk. Lätt att ta taxi till sevärdheterna vilket var enda alternativen vi fick från receptionen.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, rien à dire sur l’emplacement. En revanche, la première chambre que nous avons eue était dans un état déplorable : la salle de bain était sale avec des cheveux, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Après notre réclamation, un technicien est venu et a affirmé que la climatisation marchait normalement, mais il était impossible de dormir dans la chaleur d’août. Après une longue attente et beaucoup d’insistance, nous avons finalement été transférés dans une autre chambre, beaucoup plus propre et avec une climatisation fonctionnelle.

Konak Otel’de konaklamamız genel olarak çok keyifli geçti. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri rahatça keşfedebildik. Ama en çok etkilendiğimiz nokta, çalışanların nazik ve ilgili tavırları oldu. Tüm personel güleryüzlüydü ve memnuniyetimiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Odalar gayet konforlu… ama küçük bir detayı atlamadan geçemeyeceğim: Odada boy aynası yoktu 😄 İki kadın olarak hazırlanırken biraz zorlandık; saç, makyaj, kombin derken bolca birbirimize güvenmek zorunda kaldık! Belki ileride bu küçük eksiklik de tamamlanırsa, her şey tam anlamıyla kusursuz olur 🌟 Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Unser Aufenthalt im Konak Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir die Stadt bequem erkunden. Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets zuvorkommend, herzlich und haben wirklich alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hygienisch, alles war gut organisiert und durchdacht. Ein kleines Detail hat uns jedoch ein wenig gefehlt: ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer 😄 Als zwei Frauen war das Styling eine kleine Herausforderung – da mussten wir uns gegenseitig gut zureden! Vielleicht wird dieses kleine Manko ja in Zukunft noch ergänzt – dann wäre wirklich alles perfekt 🌟

Comfortable, Clean Rooms. Great Location

The staff at reception, especially Nadire was very nice and heldpful. we had booked a triple room but it was in the back corner with a back alley view. She graciously upgraded us to a larger suite. They also allowed us a late check out till 2pm and kept our luggage as our flight was delayed. However, they could do with increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet.

Güzel bir otel

2 gece kaldım her şey temiz ve düzenliydi sadece son gün havalandırmadan su damlamaya başladı. Uzun dönem kalacaklar için sorun yaratabilir. Çok rahatsız etmese de havalandırmadan ses de geliyordu.
