Hotel is definitely not a Four star hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the bedroom, although the A/C didn’t work. Breakfast has to be one of the worst ever, swimming pool was closed and we were informed that it doesn’t open until 10.30am When it did eventually open, it was dirty with bird droppings in and around the pool area, a bar area with almost nothing available! I contacted the hotel on 3 separate occasions to arrange taxi transfers to & from the airport without any response. Shocking customer service.

Beautiful hotel
Nice hotel, only 10min walking from the Blue Mosk Beautiful and clean the only thing i was disappointed was that we received a twin room not a double as i booked. Apart of this highly recommended

Don’t book during Covid
Klas hotel was closed for Covid. There selling the rooms and placing us in the hotel next door which doesn’t have the same facilities or quality of what I booked. When I requested a refund it was refused and it is still ongoing.

Booked this hotel because I wanted to be close to the VAC. I was looking for a hotel with a pool and more importantly parking as finding a parking spot in Istanbul is challenging. I arrived at the hotel and was told by the staff that there is no parking in this hotel and the pool is closed for the season. They agreed they've made false advertisements on Expedia but that is how they run their business and that seemed to be normal to them. I should mention that the staff were friendly and respectful, but the building was not as good as they advertised it. Especially, the bathroom was brutally small and dirty. Their breakfast was not good at all and they only offered cheap basic items (fruit, boiled egg). This hotel is located in a decent spot in Istanbul, but for the price they ask you can find better options.

The hotel is very central and generally is very good value for a city centre hotel. It is shy of 4 star quality but only just. The hotel fixtures and furniture are is some aspects a little tired Overall we booked a deluxe room which had lots of space and we got a free balcony upgrade as the deluxe room was not available on our first night which was 1 of 4 nights. I would probably pay a little more than £70 per night incl breakfast next time for just the bit of extra quality but in summary we were happy with what we got for what we paid.

Budget 3 star, not a trendy 4 star
It is ok, nothing special, definitely not a 4 Star in Europe though. It's probably cos of the rooftoop patio with a tiny pool and jacuzzi that does not work. Hotel needs renovation, carpet cleaning, lift maintenance etc. No 4 star hotel would not give complimentary water or toothpaste.

This hotel located in very good location for people who like to do shopping and near to all old places, i want to thank Mr. Korhan the from office manager who solved my problem and changed my room to suite just to satisfy me and my family, he is a very nice guy and who really changed my mind about the bad experiance with the hotel checked in story, thanks so much mr Korhan for you kind

Dishonest reservation site
The facilities of the hotel was good, the hotel had both cheap room and comfort room, but you reserved the cheapest room for me without appropriate information about my reservation. I will not trust this site again and its discount. Because this site cheat on reservation. This site showed me the images of the best room of the hotel, but when I arrived there, I See the cheapest room which was completely different with the photo in my reserve confirmation and images in the site. I Afford to pay for better room , if I know that I am paying for cell. The hotel was very good, but I will not trust the offers of this site again, and I will say to others that do not trust this site and its images.

The location is EXCELLENT. walking distance to tramway and Metro. Good breakfast buffet. The lady at tte dront desk very helpful and nice Hotel is run down. Carpet in rooms full of stains, mattresses uneven. Bathroom shower leaks to the floor.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Close to everything touristy.Nothing to complain about except there is a night club right outside which has music on every single night. That wasn't great but I guess it's not the hotel's fault.

Firstly the image which we was sold this hotel room was a deluxe! When we got to our room we were present with THE tiniest room! And I explained it was our honeymoon. And they said we would have to pay more each night for a deluxe room. The room was tiny. Bathroom was SO dirty. Black marks, wallpaper all coming off. Everyday without fail we'd go up to the roof top and it would be closed. It was never open on time, which was stated on a poster near the stairs. There was no sense of urgency by the staff. A couple of times we rang reception and it would take them ages.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
Got here to Istanbul for 12 nights. Check in and was told we had to move to another hotel 10 mins down the road as our room had a faulty AC and this could be for a few days and each morning return for breakfast. The attitude of reception staff was appauling we were stood out on the street with all our luggage and 2 young children aged 5 and 1 with no help from the staff apart from laughing at us. I will be fighting for a full refund and compensation as to be out on the street at 2 am with young kids in an unknown country is not acceptable. We have had to find another hotel and drag our luggage with kids I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if anything they should be removed off all the hotel search websites.

Nice & Tidy and good location!
The hotel is located in one of the revamped neighborhood. The streets are pretty narrow but almost all old buildings are replaced with new and taller ones. The hotel itself is new or recently renovated. The room was nice and tidy and housekeeping was ok. They don't provide iron/ board even upon request. The breakfast menu was pretty limited but sufficiently supplied during the breakfast hours. The hotel is located in the commercial area behind the University, very close to both the M1 tram line going into the Sultan Ahmet District and the M2 subway line going across the Galata Bridge to the other side of European Istanbul. Closeness to the University meant there was a lot of activity at night too. The night club down the block was pretty loud and did effect our sleep, but it was bearable. I would recommend the hotel for it's location and good up keep. As long as you are ok with taking the tram or taxi down to the historic district, it is a good value for the price.

This hotel provided relatively cheap and convenient accommodation. Everything worked, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the noise - from other guests.

Booked and paid months in advance only to be told when checking in that they are fully booked. They put us in a hotel next door for 2 out of the 5 days. It was a inconvenience as we had to pack and unpack. Klas hotel you should not over book just to make money. If we wanted to stay in the other hotel we would of booked there. My review Klas hotel is made for small people. Small rooms small shower small lifts. Swimming Pool is closed till June which it does not say on the web site. Breakfast was good. Porter was helpful so guys tip him if you stay. This hotel is ok if you just somewhere to sleep but if you like to enjoy a hotel I recommend a different hotel.
