The staff was amazing. I love the hotel and the area surrounding it. Not sure why my bed broke as soon as i sat on it, but they upgraded my room to a better one with a balcony facing the sea which is pretty cool!

Nice hotel but lacks in maintenance especially in the bathroom and no city view from deluxe double room as mentioned; expensive for what it is. Correct breakfast without more, average service.

Ishak Pasa Palace

This hotel is in an excellent location, with Sophia Hagia etc within 5 min walk. Staff are friendly, great breakfasts, comfortable room with safe. The name is a reference to the area, it's not a palace in that sense, but is a nice modern hotel.

What a find!

Beautiful hotel - lovely tasteful decor , quite well furnished rooms. Location is excellent right up against the palace walls , a few minutes walk from Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous tiled courtyard and was delicious and plentiful. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

Have to say we were very happy staying at this hotel. Staff went over and above especially Sebastian and Burak. In a great location, close walk to restaurants plus all the big tourist attractions. Sebastian helped us enormously by lending us his Metro card also. Just a joy to stay at

Amazing location with affordable price

Situated in a strategic location in Fatih, next to Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Walking distance to Spice Bazaar which was good for morning stroll. Hotel staffs are all nice, friendly & welcoming. Hotel serves Traditional Turkish Breakfast each morning. Room is aesthetically pleasing, but the windows and walls are not sound proof so you could hear vehicle passing by or people talking or walking pass. Hotel provides tours, pay by cash only either in TL or €. I recommend taking the airport transfer (provided by the hotel at a price), as public transport in Istanbul is often very pack.

Great stay. Rooms were modern and interiors was clean and fresh. Not many options at breakfast. Very simple. Walls are quiet thin. Could hear cars outside and people moving around upstairs but other than that great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too and near lots of restaurants.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have been to in Istanbul. Esrafel the concierge is very friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to make everything convenient and easy for his customers. He even offered me his own metro card! His English is very good. Other staff members are very friendly too! Definitely recommend this place!!

Great location, good hotel.

We stayed one night. It was very clean and the receptionist (Sebastian) was brilliant - very warm and welcoming! The shower was powerful and our room (room 6) was quiet. I have not given full marks for a couple of reasons: 1. Breakfast was very good but when we arrived, some items were finished already and we were told we needed to arrive earlier for these. I would expect things to be refilled during breakfast. 2. Room 6 bathroom door did not close without significant force. It needs some maintenance. I would consider staying again though.

This hotel is super loud and not great. Person outside our room at 1am organizing towels in loud crinkly bags. Thats how thin the walls and doors are I am aware that Istanbul is loud but this was like as loud as a cardboard box. The room was miniature with no bathroom fan. Super hot in November and the aircon did not work. Only blew hot air even when on regular fan setting or on aircon setting. This area is super expensive restaurants all scamming tourists. Find another area, trust me. Least favorite part of istanbul. 220Lira for a beer everywhere in this area. Go anywhere else and its 100Lira. Trust me. Free breakfast was so so. Not really worth it here. Everytime you walk past any of the restaurants near the hotel they hastle you to come in. Nowhere else in istanbul does this really.

I loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, manager was nice. Breakfast was brilliant and versatile, the chef cooked something different everyday. I really enjoyed the carrot salad recipe! Will be asking for it so I can make it at home. Rooms were daily cleaned, toiletries replenished. Hotel was quiet, clean and modern. Loved the bathroom. I would recommend the manager to have a better airport transfer service. The driver on the way back charged us more than necessary, the pickup they was arranged wasn’t there when we had landed. Another thing I would say is to train the coloured lady who cleaned the rooms better. I did not know her name but she didn’t clean diligently like the other local lady did. Wasn’t very friendly either. Me and my sister didn’t think it fair to report about her. We didn’t mind doing our own cleaning but some might not like that. Our room was in the basement (room 1), it was very spacious and lovely. But for those who want a quieter room, maybe book one on the top floors as we could hear the traffic going past, not a issue for us but maybe for others. This hotel definitely should be a 5 star, it has better service than the Radisson, Hilton and the Seven Hills (latter’s staff are not approachable).
