"We had a great experience at the Ritz! Our airport transfer was set up for us, our room had a beautiful view and the staff was super helpful. They set us up with a wonderful private guide and tour. I was in art history heaven. We ate at Nobu twice. My massage from Nana was FANTASTIC. We loved it"

"Yes it's expensive but that's the convenience fee. We're with young kids and had an 8am flight so staying off site would mean awaking at 5a. Hence the convenience fee. The hotel is pretty dang big but so is that massive airport. It was clean and modern. Reminds me of the hospital in the movie Click. Room was clean spacious for our family. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Shoutout Sekran! Check in and out was smooth."
