Stay at Ibis airport hotel

Hotel was basic and functional as was breakfast. Room basic and functional but bed very comfortable and had an excellent nights sleep. Staff at reception were excellent and extremely helpful couldn’t fault their customer service

It was an OK stay in an OK facility. We preferred it due to a late-night arrival at the Istanbul Airport. My 5 stars go to the front desk staff, especially the night shift guy (sincerely sorry, I forgot your name) who saved my vacation (travelling with two young kids) by finding the most optimal solution for a rental car-related problem in the middle of the night. Thanks for that.

We booked two identical rooms. The sink and the shower in one of the rooms were not functioning correctly, so we had to use the other room. Both rooms felt very hot, even with working AC. It looked like even the small fridge added to the high room temperature. Unpleasant smell in the restrooms of both rooms. The breakfast was "standard," without any buffet options. That's very thrifty considering the price and compared even to smaller family-run Turkish hotels.

Rezalet.

Eşimle birlikte geldik ancak geldiğimiz ilk andan itibaren çok uygun fiyata oteli tuttuğumuz normalde fiyatın çok daha pahalı olduğu gibi hoş olmayan şeyler söylendi. Sigara içilebilen bir oda talep ettik ancak accor üyelerine odaların ayrıldığını söylediler. Biz de accor üyesiyiz dediğimizde ise sizin seviyeniz yetmiyor maalesef diye hoş olmayan bir cevap aldık. Devamında bizi 222 nolu asla tuttuğumuz odanın resimleriyle aynı olmayan yer altında gibi havalandırma boşluğuna bakan nem dolu bir odayla karşılaştık. Odaya yerleşmeden beğenmediğimizi bizim böyle bir oda tutmadığımızı ilettik ama yapacak bir şey yok çift kişilik yataklı olarak yalnızca bu oda müsait denildi. Peki ayrı yataklı olanlardan olsun o halde dediğimizde 410 numaralı oda verildi. Odaya çıktık yerler yapış yapış iyi temizlenmemiş bir halde, televizyon kanalları göstermiyor, kettle çalışmıyor, minibar çalışmıyor. Resepsiyona bilgi verdik teknik ekip gelip yapacak dendi lakin yalnızca televizyon biraz çalışır hale geldi diğer sorunlarımız giderilmedi. Banyo giderinden su yeterince gitmiyor neredeyse taşacak. Klozetin büyük sifonu da çalışmıyor. Dört gündür İstanbul da farklı markaların 5 yıldızlı otellerinde konaklıyoruz, otel çalışanları 2 yıldızlı oteller ile kıyas edilebilecek bir seviyede. Mağduriyetimizin giderileceğini ümit etmesemde belki de bizden sonra gelen misafirler hizmet alır gayesiyle bu yorumu yapıyorum.
