The hotel looks like 4 stars, not 5 stars, the room was quite good and clean, The receptionist staff were 5 stars, professional, very friendly, helpful and they answer any questions with a smile. I checked in 11/10/2020 and there was a lady in the reception which she welcomed us and offered a coffee until the room be ready, the check-in process took from her few minutes and then she described us the hotel and the facilities inside the hotel in a very nice and very clear way, which her English language was very good compared to other staff in different hotels in Turkey, The hotel is located in a busy area called Merter. The breakfast was ok and not bad, but the restaurant was a bit small and the staff at the restaurant need a bit of training to be more professional. Honestly, if I wanna coming again to this hotel it will be just for the friendly and amazing staff in the reception

I wouldn’t go there if I was you
It was absolutely terrible experience as if I had Gone back in time, it was gloomy dark, the staff could not speak English the rooms was filthy and not maintained, we did not even want to eat from the hotel, we checked out the next morning and checked in to a Hilton, yet I was there on business so I didn’t have my family with me

A very solid hotel...
This is actually a really good hotel for a business person doing work in the Merter district - garment factories. However, outside of that, you would need to take a taxi, bus or subway to any tourist sites. For an American frequent traveler, you would rate it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are good, well equipped but not luxurious. The gym is fantastic - big and well equipped. So much so that locals have memberships. The breakfast buffet is also excellent - great assortment of American and European breakfast items. Yes, you do have to pay 10 Turkish Lira for fresh squeezed OJ but that is fair. Also, the main restaurant has excellent food and very well priced. However, nobody ever eats there so the ambiance is not good. I will definitely stay here again...excellent quality for the price.

Good value hotel
Good hotel for the price. Our room was big enough but I wish there was a bit more closet space since we were there for one week. The house keeping was a bit sloppy. But we didn't complain so it is possible that things could be better. Front desk staff was always great. The fridge didn't get cold enough. Breakfast buffet was lavish with a lot of options from cereals to breads, pastries, hot western type, local warm and cold dishes, lots of cheeses and fruits. Check in and out was seamless. A bit far from public transit if you plan to use that as main mode of transportation.

clean, modern, great staff..
I had a one night stay with a flight to Rome the next day... Turkish Air was fantastic, the metro system in Istanbul is excellent... used trains to get everywhere, clean, ultra modern, efficient, and low cost... Hurry Inn had lovely accommodations, helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, and spa looked great, though I did not use it... no TV in room, and WiFi was a little weak... about 500 meters uphill from Merter Metro station... not much in immediate vicinity with regards to restaurants, seems the hotel was it... overall a recommend for a short stay..

Great hotel with many cloths shops around
Very clean and nice hotel with the kindest staffs I ever met - I'm a frequent business traveller. The internet worked well, the toilettories were high quality and the hotel atmosphere was excellent as well. The only negative thing is that there are not proper restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel itself has a very nice restaurant with very good food at competitive price with live music. So in the end, I was happy.

Stay in Istanbul
We stayed there for a couple of days, the staff was very kind, and the food in the restaurant was deliciuos, we had massage and it was great

We stayed there for almost a week. Everything was very pleasant and the guest relation manager marina was extreamly helpful. We will Deffinetley go back next time.
