I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect — very central and easily accessible to all the main attractions in Istanbul, whether on foot or by public transport. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Emin, Mert, and Nihat — they truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism made a big difference. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service and location, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I’d happily stay here again!

Great quality-price service

i had a positive experience. great location, the rooms are a bit small but it's something in common with all the other hotels around taksim. fully renovated, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, and in the middle of the hustle and bustle. the rooms are quiet thanks to the very thick windows.

the hotel is more of a small three star boutique hotel than a four star. The room was clean and perfectly located on Istiklal street for shopping, a late night walk, clubbing but this make it in the middle of a very noisy district with a club that doesn't shut until early morning so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this is definitely not a good choice for you. Otherwise the staff are helpful, the hotel is well located and rooms are fairly priced.

I had really bad experience with them . I had done the booking through hotel.com . When i reached hotel at 11 pm with 8 years old kid they said my booking has been cancelled . I would never recommend them at all . The only good they had was their location .

PROS -Hotel is nicely decorated, they gave us a beverage upon check-in and communication was great between us and the hotel -Rooftop room was spacious and we surprisingly never hit our heads on any beams -Great location for shopping CONS -Bed was supposed to be a king, but it was not. It was bigger than a queen but it was an odd size. -Bathroom/shower area was VERY small. Could barely turn around inside the bathroom. Water leaked out from the shower into the toilet area. Detachable shower head was broken and had a leak between the handle and where the hose connected so it never worked. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen -Hotel did arrange our airport transfers but never let us know that it would need to be cash only when departing for our outbound flight the next morning. They did work with us but it would have been great to know this in advance since our transportation leaving for the airport was at 5 AM. -NOISE! Noise from the street below continued well into the night and this was on a weekday. It was mostly music from somewhere on the street (we were on the 5th floor) and it did keep me up throughout the night. -Rooftop terrace doesn't have too great of a view, but I expected that. The tiles could be cleaner out there.

The hotel was clean, and we were given a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is full of attractions and busy streets with a lively, energetic vibe, especially for young people. The hotel design is nice, although it used to be better in the past. Parking is very difficult to find, and even taxis can only wait a few seconds for you because the area is so crowded. The staff were helpful, but their service could have been more professional.

Très belle surprise

Franchement une heureuse surprise à Istanbul et idéalement placé ! Serviable prévenant et attentif, le personnel est à féliciter. Excellent wifi Chambre au design intéressant pourrait avoir un lit large (un peu plus que 140cm 😉), le reste est fonctionnel et bien pensé par l'architecte. Mais dans l'ensemble le séjour est bien mieux qu'attendu, sans parler de l'emplacement idéal pour un city break trop court.... Nous avons pu profiter en plus d'une offre très intéressante pour en faire un séjour qualité prix parfait 👍. Petit déjeuner plus que satisfaisant pour être prêt pour une journée complète de marche avec choix varié et très satisfaisant (préparations maison) Inutile de mentionner les bruits extérieurs environnants, car dans ce cas, il ne faut pas aller visiter Istanbul et sejourner sur Istiklal. Bravo à tous

Noisy hotel

Rooms although a good design are very tired and need a face lift. Shower head in my room needs a proper clean and descale. Breakfast is very average at best. Staff helpful at reception. The nearby nightclub is very noisy with thumping music making sleep difficult!

Skønt hotel, dog stor variation på værelserne. Der er en del larm i område som kan høres på hotellet - men sådan er det med et hotel, der ligger så centralt. Unikt horel, personalet fantastisk. God morgenmad hvor der var gode options på buffeten. Vil meget gerne booke dette hotel en anden gang
