-In the beginning all my information is available to Expedia, and among the options, I am a non-smoker, they gave me a smoking room, unfortunately, a smelly room and the smell of cigarettes filled the room. And when I told them to change it, they told me that there was no room, and after speaking to the manager, he said we will look for a suitable room for you. I hope that the picture mimics the reality, as we book through the website with pictures, and we live in rooms that are different from pictures. -The good thing about this hotel is that the mall is nearby.

Not a five star- barely a two star..
Very bad location, not accessible easily via taxi. Staff seem agitated all the time. I’ve asked the reception dude to send me a soft copy of my PCR test and he replied with “we are currently busy” while there was no one there to attend to. Food was sub average and cleanliness wasn’t their top priority. Broken plates and dirty ones stacked for breakfast service. Chefs were in a bad mood possibly because they had to be up too early. All in all, not fit for a 2 stars hotel.

Good stay with helpful staff
Quick check-in process and good sized rooms, although view from room was limited. Only hiccup was the elevators which required a very slow and precise insertion of room key to activate.

Reserved this hotel to be near the airport but did it just when the location of the airport moved 30 minutes north. Not the fault of the hotel, but beware that this hotel is quite a distance from the Istanbul Airport now.

Location good, people and services good. But, AC inside room is an issue because it automatically switched to hot air even the in-room setting is at "cool". The staff claimed that this happened to every hotel in Istanbul which I highly doubt. Shower drainage is clogged for the few nights I stayed.

The worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at... The AC was not working the room temperature was awful we could not go to sleep. We brought brought up the matter to the staff nothing happened what a waste of money and the staff are careless... thank you

We had actually already stayed here just a few days ago and breakfast was on until 10:30am the first time we visited. To our surprise and disappointment, we missed breakfast as we were now told that it was on until 10am.

The hotel is a relatively short taxi ride from the airport and of the mall of Istanbul. Only stayed a short day so did not have chance to explore more. The lobby of hotel is quite nice with a coffee shop and restaurant. The staff is very nice. The room are spacious. The room has a bit of a strange smell. There is a small gym which is quite good.
