Poor

The room was ok upon first arrival , thought it needed to be cleaned better , quite dusty . Then after a couple of days released , the shower curtain was mouldy , kept finding bed bugs , and the towels and bedsheets had seen better days . Wouldn’t recommend staying here for cleanliness but the staff were very nice and welcoming . The walls are also very thin as it’s an old wooden building , so can hear other visitors at but doesn’t really affect you if your a deep sleeper. Overall wouldn’t come here again

Wonderful location! Great views

The people who were at the desk were so helpful I can't say enough about how nice they were there's no elevator, a small spiral staircase, but takes you up to all the rooms I was on the 6th floor. So, as you can imagine, caring suitcases up a spiral staircase was a challenge. However, the man at the desk helped me. He didn't want a tip said this was his job

We had several challenges with our stay. The bed was broken, paint chips were continuously falling off the walls onto all our clothes, it was VERY loud (restaurant next door playing non stop loud music all night and people in the hallway walking by at all hours of the night). Despite the ad, the doors are in no way sound proof, and being on the first floor, everyone had to go by to their rooms, hauling heavy luggage up the winding staircase (safety hazard in itself). Additionally, directly outside our window was a streetlight, eye level, which stayed on all night. There was only one curtain which did not completely cover the window frame, and it was not blackout. Between the noise and the light, it was impossible to get more than a couple hours of unrestful sleep a night. Also, during our whole stay (3 nights), the room was never cleaned and there were no toiletries provided. We communicated all this to the front desk many times, and although they were sympathetic, there was nothing they could actually do to fix the situation, which was disappointing. Because of this, I would not stay there again.

Je suis assez déçu par mon séjour. L’hôtel ne correspond pas vraiment aux photos : le lieu est un peu vieillot et mal entretenu. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise — on entend tout, aussi bien depuis la rue que depuis l’intérieur de l’immeuble. La propreté laisse à désirer et la literie est très moyenne. En revanche, l’équipe sur place est vraiment super gentille et très aidante, ce qui a rendu le séjour un peu plus agréable malgré tout. Emplacement TOP!

Çok temizdi. Konum olarak bizi hiç zorlamadı memnun kaldık fakat karanlık odalar maalesef kasvetliydi. Fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi aldığım odanın manzarası yoktu en üzücüsü bu oldu. Yatak çok rahatsızdı. Ama temiz ve konum olarak çok iyiydi. Bir de televizyon olmaması uzun tatillerde eksi yazar. Şifre ve kilitleme sistemi iyiydi.

Die Einrichtung die in dem Zimmer n ist ist zwar die selbe wie auf den Fotos allerdings ist es trotzdem nicht real. Es ist wirklich anstrengend die Treppen hoch zu laufen vor allem mit Gepäck. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig - im Bade Zimmer im Waschbecken hab ich noch Haare gehabt. Und man hat durch die WÄNDE alles durch gehört selbst wenn man die Treppen hoch gelaufen ist. Das positivste war das es ziemlich zentral liegt zu Fuß zum Galata Turm 5 min. Und den Lärm von dort hat man nicht gehört. Also ich finde das Preis Leistungsniveau Verhältnis auch nicht in Ordnung da ich für den Preis schon eine mittlere Hotelklasse mit Service erwartet habe allerdings war es unter mittlere klasse.

Well located, modern and stylish apartment

Great location, really close to Galata and Kadikoy with lots of little shops, cafes ans restaurants and also Beyoglu with it's huge high-street of shops and restaurants taking you up to Taksim Square. Just a quick walk across the bridge to all the bizarres, Fatih and Hagia Sofia etc... too. Lovely, modern apartment with a comfy bed and two pillows each. Negatives: bathroom is not for the self-conscious, privacy is definitely not a feature of the glass-framed room, and there is no lift and just a spiral staircase, so not for those with mobility issues (big suitcase was difficult). the staff are friendly, helpful and always available on reception. There was a leak in the room above ours and we were refunded a night to apologise. I was overwhelmed when looking for a hotel in Istanbul as the city is huge and there are so many options, but after spending 4 days there we were happy with the location we chose and the quality/amenities of the apartment. Definitely recommend:)
