Fantastic hotel everywhere near lot of restaurants and many shops also near 5min walk .reception guys especially yunus fantastic guy very helpful.I will stay again.
The room was very clean and beautiful. They were very polite and kind. If I go to Istanbul again, I think I will go to the same hotel again because it was close to every tourist spotand the transportation service from the hotel to the airport was very good.
Great location walking distance to the Bosporus, shops, dining, and transport links (Metro/Tram).
Breakfast is served from the roof top bar with fantastic views across the city.
Room was small but quiet and clean.
Excellent staff just loved it, will stay there when I return to Istanbul, clean room, Ocean View was amazing, Location spectacular and a marvelous staff.
Thank you
Maria
No frills property with an amazing rooftop restaurant with great views of The Horn and beyond. Sirkeci station is a stumble away. Highly recommended hotel.
The staff were very helpful and service was great overall.
The reason for the 4 stars was because the hot food at breakfast was generally cold, although we can order omelettes/fried eggs seperately.
We requsted two bulbs that went out in my aunts room to be replaced and had to keep on top of this until it was. She has mobility issues so we feel it should have been actioned on our initial request.
The lifts would take ages and theres only one in service.
The bathrooms were really small. I did mention this to reception who upgraded my room with a bigger bathroom.
Breathtaking Bospherous views from the terrace and service staff were very helpful.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location with the ferry, tram and train all within walking distance. Spice bazaar is around a 7 minute walk away.
There are lots of restaurants, cafes, shops dotted around and the hotel recommended an amazing hamam (Felicity Turkish Bath) which was amazing and so relaxing.
Overall an enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay again.
Good: The housekeeping staff was great. They gave us ample towels and bottled water daily. The shower was excellent with good pressure. A few half-used shower gel and shampoo bottles made me feel a bit uncomfortable though. The hotel is conveniently located, but because it’s situated in an alleyway, taxis cannot pull up.
Bad: There were no facial tissues (no biggie) and no hand soap. The toilet seat cover did not stay up when sitting. The bathroom fan was broken. We only had two hangers. The breakfast was very disappointing. The photos on Expedia are somewhat misleading. The “Do Not Disturb” button wasn’t working either. The beds were not very comfortable. I could feel the mattress springs. Overall, the hotel feels old with many patchwork updates, with clear signs of aging interiors.
Ugly: We needed three beds, so we chose the Family Room. Before booking, I checked the size of the room: 237sq ft. That's roughly 15.4 ft × 15.4 ft, which is quite small to fit three beds. However, the other rooms were listed at around 168 to 205 sq ft, so I assumed the measurements were incorrect. I was wrong—it really was 237 sq ft. Even a small carry-on suitcase could not pass between the bed and the wardrobe. There was no sofa. If you sat on the edge of the bed, you would be watching TV about eight inches from your nose. The vanity sink was also the smallest I've ever seen with no countertop space. What bothered me the most was the window that opens to a gross-looking elevator shaft!
Great base for walking around the city. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area and Glamour Rooftop Restaurant and bar was excellent. We had a great city break, thanks to all the team.

Very good position, good seaview, but not much glamour. The room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom was very narrow, and my husband cut his foot badly on a sharp brass list. The hotel is old and worn. Breakfast was not very tasty, the restaurant was small and noisy with thump thump music.
We had a very good time in Istanbul during our vacation last week.
Glamour hotel played a big part in our satisfaction. We had a room with Bosphorus' view that was very nice. The hotel has a very good location with walking distance to major attractions. Our room was a little smaller than we used to but very cozy and clean.
The hotel has a great restaurant on the roof with a magnificent view and tasteful food. A breakfast buffet has a good amount of variety.
Most important that hotel staff members (frond desk, restaurant, cleaning) are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of them!
We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
