We had a great stay here! The staff was amazing, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, location is perfect, and bed was comfortable. All the staff, every single one of them, was so kind and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel and throughout our entire stay. Atakan was extremely kind and wonderful customer service. My husband loves coffee at all times of the day and would constantly go to the little bar for a cup of coffee and Atakan was always the one making coffee and tea. He never got annoyed and did it with pleasure. Room service was great!!! I was post operation and had to request ice every few hours and the hotel crew was great with bringing me ice. I want to especially thank Muhammet, Yilmaz, and Caner for their hospitality and patience with us. They were so kind. Also, breakfast was great everyday thanks to Pinar for being so attentive. I was in Room 502, I forgot the name of our maid, but she did an amazing job at cleaning our room daily. She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have one complaint; WiFi was very slow which affected my pace of work. Hopefully this can be fixed before I come back. Thank you staff of Gleam Collection!! I can’t wait to be back!

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

The staff is superb!!! The breakfast cater to any type of picky eater, the selection is great. We stayed in a triple room which we had plenty of space, complimentary water, coffee and tea. The area has a lot of food and shopping and if you want to venture out to the mid center it is only 20 minutes away in a cab from the crowded center square. We ordered food from a nearby place and was delivered to the room. The concierge which so sorry I did not get his name is great, speaks English extremely well and was very helpful and asking us if we needed anything !! Thank you Gleam Staff you made my stay very pleasant and memorable
