My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and well-prepared, and the location was convenient and easy to reach. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygienic breakfast. Highly recommended

The room looked nothing like the one photo. The actual room was more like an old emptied out ex-kebab shop with a bed. Neither the air-con nor the fridge worked. There was an exposed power converter unit on top of the headboard, just sitting there out in the open waiting for someone to poke a finger in. The building itself should be condemned. Maybe it was. Nails and bits of wood on the floor in the rickety elevator, with the floor number selection buttons flickering precariously, making each ride exciting. Incomplete construction all over the place. Power sockets hanging loose out of the wall. I dared plug something into only 2 of the least dangerous looking - only one worked (if you jiggled it right). The mattress felt like something that was fished out of a dumpster. Any time you turned the water on in the shower, the shower head would buck defiantly toward the ceiling, making hand-held showers the only option. After the first night I decided to salvage what little dignity I had left and cut short the 5 night stay I'd booked. The desk clerk promised they'd refund the remaining nights and asked for a local bank account, which I provided. No refund ever came. If a negative score was possible I'd give it.
