Memorable place

Amazing place to be, only the nearby places like the car showrooms makes the outlook little bad, but the hotel service itself is all great. It is no doubt near to Taksim square with free shuttle service provision. Specially Mr.Onder was really respectful and overall every person there are really kind and welcoming.

Good :)

The room was so clean and comfortable. Also they gave me free upgrade, the room was quite biger than normal room :) The 1st floor bar also good, and there were many restaurants near by the hotel.

Overall good but not five star hotel.

Hotel location located on low area, so anytime you walk you will need to climb. The furniture is comfort but old not for five star hotel. They need to improve room cleanliness. Room size is good but bathtub is small.

Wouldnt recommend, poor service.

Room is cleaner than many in Istanbul. However carpets and upholstery looked very very old and you didnt want to sit on anything, or walk on the carpet bare foot. Ive seen no mention to the fact the hotel is on a hill, its a 7 - 10 minute walk down hill, assisted with steps outside every shop, cafe garage, hotel on the way down so not so bad. Going up when leaving the hotel however is a different story. I guess if youre in good health, youll appreciate the cardio. But for me, id had a medical procedure and was strictly told no walking and raising body temp or heart rate for first 24 hours. So that was really really hard and a bit traumatising for me, as i arrived on the day of my procedure and became very anxious on site of the hill. I wasnt complaining about it to the server at Reception, simply said there was no mention of this hotel being on a hill in the reviews... he belittled and ridiculed me to the point of Tears, where i was actually stood at the desk with uncontrollable tears going down my cheek, he then offered me an upgrade to my room, which i declined. He was rude, incredbly rude, snapped at me in an abusive toxic masculine manner when i mentioned the hill, then preceeded to say whatever i said was right if i said hill its hill even though hes the one who lives in istanbul, then looked at his colleague and laughed, right in my face. Hope to never meet someone as nasty as him ever again.

Otel ile alakalı giriş ilgi alaka yaklaşım çok iyi yalnız 5 yıldızlı bir otele yakıştıramadığım ilk hata park yerinin ücretli olması hadi ücretli olsun n beklersiniz en azından aracım güvenli yerde veyahut yıkanıyor dersiniz demi sizden kapalı otoparka diye alınan aracınız yan taraftaki benzin istasyonunun kenarına bırakılıyor artı bunun için 400 tl ödüyorsunuz son derece yakışıksız bir olaydı.sabah 8 de kat personelinin kapının önünde telefon ile görüşmesi artı saat 10 da kat görevlisinin bir kere zile basarak direk odaya dalması zaten işin zirvanası oldu .odayı saat 12 de boşaltacak olmamıza rağmen sabahın kör vakti odaya girildiğini ben bir bu otelde gördüm kısacası crowne plaza benim için bir hayal kırıklığı oldu girişdeki resepsiyon karşılama hariç aklımda kalan güzel bir anı yok malesef. Ankara’da bazı otellerde park yeri ücretli olur ama denilirki aracını yıkatana park yeri ücretsiz yıkanır yerine konur yıkatmaz iseniz otel bahçesinde her hangi bir yere konur yer yok ise bir otopark ile anlaşılır gelen misafir oraya yönlendirilir memnuniyet ön planda tutulur sonuçta otele güvenerek gelinmiş gelip de aracın derdine düşmez müşteri buradaki gibi otel müşterisi olduğunuz halde araç otopark yerine istasyon bahçesine konulmaz her ne kadar istasyon otelin olsa dahi
