Really lovely hotel for the price you pay. Service was 10/10 and the gentleman at the reception and house keeping really helpful to any requests. Would defo recommend if you're keeping on the lower side of your budget but want a professional, clean and genuine service.

I reserved a room for three nights, but the first room they gave me had a leak in the washroom — there were two buckets placed in the sink when I arrived! It is completely unacceptable that such a room, which is clearly not suitable for use, was still offered to guests. This shows a serious lack of attention and responsibility. The second room was no better. Even though they gave me another one, it was full of cigarette smoke, which triggered my migraine and asthma. I couldn’t sleep at night because of it, and there was also a lot of noise coming from outside. Furthermore, during breakfast, when I asked for some extra bread, the waiter handled the bread in an unhygienic way — using his bare hands, without any spatula or gloves. The bread was kept in a simple plastic bag, which was very unprofessional. Last but not least, the hotel manager did not speak any English, not even at a very basic level. During our conversation, he had to use a translation app to communicate with me. This is very concerning for a hotel whose guests are mostly international travelers who do not speak Turkish. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected when booking this hotel.
