Aldığımız odanın otellerinde mevcut olmadığını 50 TL farkla başka civar otellerinden birinde kalabileceğimizi söylediler. Mecbur kaldık. Hizmetlerinde su bile verilmeyen bir işletme. Saat 11:56’da hadi çıkın diye sürekli aramaya başlamaları da cabası. Hiç memnun kalmadım.

Außen hui - innen pfui.

Das gilt sowohl für das Hotel als auch vor allem für das Personal. Eine ausführliche Bewertung ist leider nicht möglich, da Expedia die Zeichenanzahl begrenzt. Deshalb hier in kurz und trocken: Am ersten Tag angekommen war unser Zimmer „nicht fertig“. Man hat uns (auch nach 3-maligem Nachfragen „kostenlos“) auf die Suite geupgradet welche ihren Namen nicht verdient. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Keller. Ohne Fenster. Mit einem Wasserschaden gegenüber bei dem die Suppe mal mehr oder weniger stark die Wände runterlief, je nachdem ob weiter oben gerade jemand gespült hatte. So auch bei unserer Toilettenspülung die auf Dauerbetrieb eingestellt war. Da sich die Tür zur Toilette nicht schließen ließ war das „Schlafen unter erschwerten Bedingungen.“ Ich nehme an der offene Wasserlauf im Flur des Hotels war auch der Grund für den Stromausfall im ganzen Hotel. TV, Wi-Fi und Kühlschrank waren vorher aber auch nicht funktionsfähig also gab es für uns dadurch keine Einschränkungen. Die Lampen im Zimmer mit einer 3 Zentimeter dicken Staubschicht drauf. Das Hotelpersonal ignorierte uns nachdem wir am zweiten Tag nicht mehr als das Doppelte des ursprünglichen Zimmerpreises für das „kostenlose upgrade“ bezahlen wollten. Das Geld haben sie am Ende dann allerdings doch noch erpresst, da mein Ausweis beim Einchecken einbehalten wurde und man mich ansonsten nicht auschecken lassen wollte. Ein Alptraum. Mehr passt hier nicht hin.

The worst internet ever. AC is not working, although 2 ACs in the app. Have to ask reception for the key everytime you go back. The buildning is in bad condition. Very noisy.

Kiva boutique hotelli

Kiva pieni hotelli. Mukavat pienet huoneet ja kiva siivoushenkilökunta ja tilat. Hyvän matkan päästä kaikista nähtävyyksistä mutta hotelli on todella vaikea löytää myös taxin. Ainut miinus oli että en meinannut millään saada ostamaani huonetta vaan päällekkäisvarauksien vuoksi jouduin vaihtamaan huonetta monta kertaa sitä huonompaan mistä olin maksanut ja ensimmäisen yön jouduin jopa toiseen hotelliin mitä en ollut edes varannut ja kuulin että usealle muulle oli käynyt samoin ja he vaihtoivat jopa hotellin toiseen.

La chambre ne correspond pas au descriptif, nous étions dans un sous sol , et les prestations telles que bouilloire , etc... n étaient pas mises a disposition Le responsable nous a proposé la seule chambre des photos du site internet , mais avec un supplément à payer en euros sur place ... nous avons refusé , comme les clients qui nous précédaient et qui ont également été relogés dans un sous sol de l hôtel Il conviendrait que ebookers mette fin à cette escroquerie en retirant cet établissement de ces offfres

I arrived 8:30pm check me in at 11:00pm. I walked in; the small lobby of the hotel was full of bags and customers. The hotel manager was in a dispute with a customer and his wife. The manger was saying that he doesn’t have a room in this building, he pushing them to go to another hotel but the customer didn’t wanted. After 20 minutes argument he give them a room. Then the manager started the same thing with another customer and he sent the customer to another hotel and continues. Finally, my turn. He said, you booked a regular room and we have standard room. I said, whatever you have, give me a room because I’m very tired. He replied that I have to pay extra. I said, okay, then he said, I don't have room here I will send you to another hotel. Actually I didn’t want, but I had to. There was another employees I walked with to another hotel but the manager refuse, he took me to four different hotel everyone refuse, finally they took me to a room in house. There was construction was going in that house. The room was newly remodeled floor was covered with dust and paint, AC was not working, no Wi-Fi. I went back to the hotel manager and asked for a better room. He refused; I had no choice and stayed in that room. I checked out tomorrow but they didn’t refund for the rest of my days.

I stayed for 6 nights, the location was close for people who intend ti walk to the blue mosque and the surrounding touristic places. But the hotel is not as it shown in the photos. The staff is warm but they're not much helpful, for example the television wasn't working and I told them many times but they didn't respond. But overall it's good for its price.

KATASTROPHE

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Lüge. Die Bilder im Internet spiegeln die Realität nicht mal ansatzweise wieder. Das Hotelzimer war im Kellergeschoss!!! Nachdem wir etwas lauter wurden, hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer für 60EUR mehr angeboten. Es sei jedoch noch nicht fertig und müsste hergerichtet werden. War erstmal ok. Als wir nach 2 Std wieder ins Hotel zurückkehrte war das Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar?!?!?!?! Man wollte uns dann in eine abgelegene Privatunterkunft (offene Stromleitungen, Schimmel, Dreck, Rauch) unterbringen. NUR ÜBER MEINE LEICHE!!! Dann hat man uns in ein anders Hotel (Santa Sofia) unterbringen wollen (Der Chef ist hier der selbe!) Nicht ganz so schlimm wie die Privatunterkunft aber sehr ähnlich. Offene Stromleitungen und Schimmel im ganzen Hotel. Nicht empfehlenswert. Absolute Abzocke. FINGER WEG!!! NIEMALS WIEDER. Da schlafe ich lieber auf einer Parkbank inmitten von Istanbul!

Niedliches Hotel in Sultanahmet

Positif: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. 5 min Gehweg zu Hagia Sophia und Sultanahmet Moschee(Blaue Moschee). Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Gegend. Preis ist in Ordnung. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Laden. Negatif: Schwierig mit dem Auto zu erreichen, da die Straßen sehr eng und vollgeparkt sind. An der Sauberkeit muss das Hotel noch besser arbeiten. Kleine Zimmer. Fazit: Für die, die ein Hotel im Zentrum suchen und nur für das Schlafen gedacht ist, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ok.

Ужасно!!!

Одни минусы: 1. Бронировала этот отель в районе Таксим, но была неприятно удивлена, когда оплатив бронь, увидела, что зарезервирован отель в Султанахмет. Внимательно сверяйте все данные, т.к это сеть отелей в разных районах Стамбула. 2. Забронировав бюджетный номер, который оказался на цокольном этаже, там был ужасный запах, так же, там кто-то жил. Бронь была оплачена и пришлось заселяться в более удачный номер, выше этажом, за что на ресепшене выпросили 14 евро. ВНИМАНИЕ, бюджетным путешественникам, если вас волнуют дополнительные траты, то сюда лучше не бронировать номер!!! 3. НЕ ДАЮТ туалетную бумагу и полотенца, вымогают деньги в размере 6 евро только за полотенца. Встретились с таким отношением на ресепшн первый раз в Турции, хотя путешествовали 3 недели в разных отелях, всегда была туалетная бумага и полотенца и не важно, какой категории был номер. В этом отеле, мотивировали, что это не входит в стоимость. Итог: перепутали районы бронирования, выманивают дополнительные деньги. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!!!
