"Good hotel. Just weird and a little scratchy to have wires behind a mirror that had no lights. I took a photo and informed the staff and let them know. They apologized in a WhatsApp message but provided no explanation as to why these were there. Furthermore, the door safety lock was broken. Other than these two issues, it was a beautiful hotel; breakfast was really good, and so was the staff."

"We had a great experience at the Ritz! Our airport transfer was set up for us, our room had a beautiful view and the staff was super helpful. They set us up with a wonderful private guide and tour. I was in art history heaven. We ate at Nobu twice. My massage from Nana was FANTASTIC. We loved it"
