Hard pass if you're looking for a smoke free environment. Entry doors are kept wide open and staff stand in them smoking 24/7. Obviously, it infiltrates the entire place. Definitely not a customer service oriented facility.

The stay is ok. Just that the air conditioning seems to have some issue. It blows out hot air instead of cool air. Also, tv screen is distorted. We call the reception to fix it. The tv was fixed but not the air conditioning. They told us outside is cold, therefore it is hot air. But we wanted the room to be cooling not sunna. After some try to communicate with them, they managed to have cool air for us. It seems the air conditioning is centralised control.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 11/05 au 24/05, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour au Beethoven Hôtel. Il y a certains point d’amélioration à apporter tout de même à savoir le petit déjeuner très peu garni et la literie qui semble nécessité un renouvellement. Une mention très spéciale à Omer, le réceptionniste qui parle l’arabe, le turc et l’anglais et qui a su répondre à l’ensemble de nos demandes toujours avec sourire, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet hôte à qui veut se sentir considéré et choyer. Merci Omer pour tout et à l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel très sympathique et serviable.

Daha önce de tercih ettiğim bir oteldi. Çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgililer. Fakat kaldığım odada tavan su akıtıyordu. Hem ses hem de koku yapması bakımından rahatsız ediciydi. Resepsiyonu aradığımda ilgilendiler, ben de idare edeceğimi düşündüm fakat su damlayan alan tepedeki lambaya kadar yaklaştığında yeniden aramak zorunda kaldım. Apar topar geç çıkış yapılan bir odayı temizleyip beni oraya yerleştirdiler. İlgilendikleri için teşekkür ediyorum, önemli bir şey ama bu tür bakımların da aksatılmaması lazım. O yüzden yorum olarak bırakmak istedim.
