This hotel is in a great location. It is clean, the rooms are NOT cramped. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is great. However, I visited during a remodel. Getting in/out of this hotel you have to go up/down several sets of stairs--not good for people with mobility issues.

A very weird welcome - but a nice hotel

We had a great stay in Istanbul, but the beginning was not the best because the shuttle service from the hotel was more than chaotic. We had to wait - standing up - for two hours before we were finally picked up at the airport, while every body else's drivers were coming way faster than ours. And when we finally arrived at the hotel, the guy at the reception did definitely not give us a warm welcome. We didn't even mention the delay of the shuttle service, so there was nothing to be annoyed about. But anyway he seemed annoyed at every question and was extremely awkward at interacting with us and other guests. He should get another job. Welcoming people is not his gift in life. However, we met other staff members at the hotel who were really nice. Especially the guy who seems to be in charge of the breakfeast. And the ladies. The rooms were spacious and nice, and the bed was excellent. So was the location. So if it hadn't been for the frustrating beginning of the trip and the very weird welcome at the hotel, we wouldn't have had anything else to complain about.

3 bed deluxe room, the room is big and spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet was good The staff were very helpful and polite The only inconvenience was that there were lots of cats and you can sense the smell everywhere.

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful when we needed help. Our room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room full and tidy. My only negative comment (to which the hotel doesn’t have much control over) is the noise at night from cats fighting and making a ruckus. Overall, a nice hotel, with a decent daily breakfast with lots of Turkish choices. Located in a quiet area, but close enough to get to all the sites to explore. Tram station very close as well. I was traveling with two kids (age 8 & 11) and would definitely recommend.

The property its self was ok our delux room no veiw only of a side street....walls are like paper you could hear the rooms next door and above not good....if felt if we was in the basement ..also the reception was a flight of steps going down....a nightmare when you have a few bags...the location was brilliant...

It was next to a train station and that made it very noisy. Also paid for a balcony view which had most bad view. Which was very disappointing and i paid extra for that. Staff was not. Breakfast did not have as many option as it shows in the pics

Otel normal bir otel mukemmel denilemez. Mini sogutucu dolap iyi sogutmuyordu. Yatak asiri yumusakti icine göçüyor ama yine de rahatti. Otel calisanlarindan Ulaş beye cok tesekkur ederiz kendisi otele değer katan birisi değeri biliniyordur umarim.
