I absolutely love the breakfast options, the staff were super helpful, particularly Andrees in the kitchen, a big hug from me to her . If I visit Istanbul again, I will be staying there.

I stayed there with my parents and sister. The staffs were friendly and the property was very clean and very conveniently located for most of touristic attractions. The only issue I had was with breakfast option. Wish they had a buffet instead of ala carte. The breakfast was limited options.
